'Ugh, no, no, don't.' Xi Xue gritted his teeth and forced his fangs to went back in. His eyes slowly turned brown again.

'I can't suck her blood when we just meet.' Xi Xue kneaded his temple and sighed.

Seeing Xi Xue looked like he was troubled, Bng Huo nudged. "What's wrong? Is the chicken not good?"

Her eyes flickered, a worried look flashed through it. The girl gripped her skewer tightly while gulping.

"No, no. This is delicious." Xi Xue waved his hand casually. The young man took another bite and licked his lips. "Delicious. Don't worry." He smiled.

Bng Huo was stunned for a second before she hurriedly ate her own skewer. The girl let her hair covered her face and silently lamented.

'Why he has to be so God damn handsome?!' Bng Huo sneak a peek to the young man.

This was the first time she saw someone as handsome as Xi Xue. Everyone around her was good looking but Xi Xue was on another level.

'Why is that??' Bng Huo bites her skewer in frustration.

If one asked why Xi Xue was so handsome, it's because all sacred beast would be exceptionally handsome in their human form.

"Thank you for the food," Xi Xue suddenly spoke. He threw away the skewer stick and clasped his palms together.

"So fast? Do you want to eat more?" Bng Huo took another skewer and waved it in front of the guy. "We still have more, " she added.

"I'll eat some more but you also have to eat a lot." Xi Xue received the skewer and ate it. He was a quick-eater and in less than 5 minutes, he already finished half of the skewer.

"I'm done. I'm going to sleep now." Xi Xue slowly laid on the ground and casually slept on it without using any grass pillow or blanket.

Bng Huo was taken aback. She still had a few skewers left to eat and the guy already went to sleep.

"You can sleep like that?" Bng Huo softly murmured.

"Yeah, why not?"

"I mean, usually we use dry grass to be our bed and pillow." Bng Huo recalled her people who always prepared those for her. "The ground is cold-"

"Where do we find dry grass now?" Xi Xue rolled his eyes and just used his left arm to be his pillow. The man slept facing the other side.

Bng Huo was once again speechless. She looked around the cave and found nothing like grass. The cave was like a barren land without anything.

"Uh" The girl scratched her cheek out of embarrassment. She then just silently ate her skewer before making sure the fire camp would lit all day.

'Now where should I sleep?' Bng Huo wiped her lips with her finger and looked around the cave.

The cave was quite big but sleeping near Xi Xue would be the best choice.

'I don't know what's inside this cave. Let's stay near him.' Bng Huo slowly approached Xi Xue and laid down.

The hard ground immediately hit her back, making her groaned a little. Her head also touched the cold ground, making her restless in a moment.

'How can I sleep this way??' Bng Huo's eyes turned teary. The girl tried to use her arm as a pillow but a few minutes passed by and her arm already turned sore.

She blinked a few times, somehow found her eyes couldn't stay closed.

Time passed by and the girl still squirmed here and there, rolling to the left and to the right, not knowing that a certain little vampire was watching her.

'What is she doing?' Xi Xue knitted his eyebrows.

Xi Xue's eyes narrowed. The guy held his breath while silently watching Bng Huo tried to find a comfortable sleeping position but to no avail.

It's been an hour since she did that and the little vampire couldn't bear to watch it anymore.

"Hey," Xi Xue suddenly called.

Bng Huo was shifting her body again when she heard it. She flinched before slowly turning her body around to look at Xi Xue.

"Y-yes?" Bng Huo stuttered. "Am I too noisy?" she quickly asked. "If that's so, I'm sorry-"

"You need a pillow?" Xi Xue suddenly interrupted.

"Ah?" Bng Huo looked at Xi Xue with wide eyes. She was silent for a few seconds before nodding weakly. "Y-yes"

Her face slowly turned red but the darkness hid it very well.

Hearing this, Xi Xue blinked and suddenly spoke, "How about using my chest as your pillow?" he had a poker face as he said so.

Bng Huo jaw touched the ground. Her eyes widened so wide that she almost hurt her eyes.

"What did you say??" the girl shrieked. Her voice echoed throughout the cave.

"I said, use my chest as your pillow. Or my arm." Xi Xue casually scratched his ear while yawning. "So? Yes or no? You won't be able to sleep without a pillow, right?"

Bng Huo blushed. The girl's shoulders trembled. She clenched her palm into fists yet she couldn't say anything back at the guy.

'This is my first time sleeping like this okay??' The girl bit her lips.

Seeing Bng Huo was fuming in anger, Xi Xue suddenly chuckled. "I'm kidding, you can just use your owl's wings or tummy you know."

Xi Xue whistled, calling the small owl to come near. "This guy is huge. Just sleep in his embrace. Warm and fluffy." Xi Xue winked, clearly teasing the girl.

Bng Huo almost choked.

'That's right!! Why the heck- Why I didn't think like that, ah??' The girl crumpled her clothes. 'I should have used my owl in the first place!'
