Chapter 183: Seal Again

“Hey stop!!!” Uranus angrily smacked Huo Huangdi on his head before he could rush to Jieshu. Huo Huangdi’s flames sputtered as he gave Uranus a wronged look.

His eyes looked downcast as he said to Uranus,

“But she insulted you!”

“No she did not.” Uranus said firmly. “She does not know the wordplay in my name. Because of that, I am sure she meant nothing bad by praising my name.”

“But why will Jieshu praise your name if she does not know its meaning?” Huo Huangdi asked to his lover.

It was Jieshu who replied this time. “Wang Hao told me Uranus was a holy and integral name.” She tilted her head as she asked, “Can you tell me the real meaning of Uranus?”

“So its you!” Huo Huangdi could only give Wang Hao a baleful look as Uranus was still beside him. Roxy on the other hand, walked to Jieshu, putting her mouth on her ear. It seems like Roxy was so friendly that even a powerhouse like Jieshu cannot scare her.

Upon hearing Roxy’s words, the pale, expressionless face of Jieshu had the slightest bits of pink on it. Jieshu then gave Wang Hao an annoyed look as she muttered,

“What a pervert…” Jieshu does not seem to be mad though. She seemed to be amused even.

While his companions were having idle conversations, Wang Hao saw something weird, especially with Jieshu and Huo Huangdi. He opened his mouth as he asked,

“Hey, you two, where are your followers?”

Huo Huangdi’s reply was,

“Out of my three followers, two died, while only one survived. That one was Uranus.”

“You don’t seem to be sad for their deaths.” Wang Hao stated the obvious.

“Ha? Sad for those bastards? I have seen those two degenerates lusting after Uranus. Their eyes will stare at her body whenever I am not looking. And they say Underworld’s residents like fat people. Pah! Wherever they are, men will be men! They will always crave tits and ass!!” Huo Huangdi said this roughly, while grinding his foot to the ground.

“Good thing their souls disappeared for the Underworld had no place for people like them!”

“….” Uranus had no comment for this. She even did not berate Huo Huangdi for his coarse behavior. This just shows that she was bothered by those two followers. Uranus not insulting them like Huo Huangdi was already her sign of respect for them.

“How about you Jieshu?”

“They’re still alive. I just told them to stay put at the portal.” Jieshu’s answer might have flown over Wang Hao’s head like a normal answer except that he heard the ‘P’ word.

“Wait, portal?” Wang Hao’s eyes widened as he heard JIeshu’s statement. “Portal to where?”

“It’s a portal back to the Underworld.”

“Yes! We’re saved!” Jin laughed hysterically as he thanked the heavens for their luck. Old Billly and Roxy were also delighted, cheering silently on their hearts. As for Gabrielle, she silently sobbed, with Roxy hugging and comforting her. Jieshu patted Gabrielle’s back while saying “There there.”

Huo Huangdi on the other hand, did not have a good look on his face. He gave Jieshu a questioning look as he asked her,

“We already made this alliance earlier, and yet you decide to tell me about the portal right now? Wow, great teamwork right here!”

Jieshu looked unfazed by this as she replied,

“I thought that we should have gathered many practitioners first before breaking the news to them.”

From hearing this, Wang Hao realized Jieshu’s problem.

“There are powerful creatures guarding the portal?” Wang Hao knew that the places with valuable treasures will be guarded by powerful creatures.

A portal can be considered as an extremely special treasure. Thus, it will be only natural for powerful creatures to guard it too.

From the way Jieshu constructed her words, much manpower was needed to beat a creature this powerful. Thus, only when everyone have as many people as possible can the fight against the creature succeed.

“So in order for us to leave the Dreamworld via the portal, we just need to beat the guardian beast first.”

Jieshu nodded, satisfied with Huo Huangdi calming down.

“So what kind of creature is this?” Wang Hao asked as he started stretching his body.

JIeshu’s reply was,

“It’s a Multi Headed Hydra.”

“Pfft!” Wang Hao was shocked upon hearing that another Godly Divine Beast was actually here in the Dreamworld! The others were stunned too, with their faces paling in dismay.

Huo Huangdi on the other hand, looked excited with the news of the hydra. It was obvious that he wanted to have some fun with it later. Uranus gave him a glare that managed to dampen his enthusiasm.

“How many heads does it have now?” Wang Hao asked in a grave tone. Each head of the Multi-Headed Hydra represents a stage and an additional dao or law. That means the more heads the Multi-Headed Hydra has, the more powerful it was.

“It had nine heads, but 5 of its heads were sealed with something. Because of that, it can only use four of its head right now.

“Four heads mean four laws/daos right?” Roxy asked to no one in particular.

Jieshu nodded in agreement with Roxy’s deduction. “Even if the hydra was sealed, we still cannot be sure that we can defeat it. It can still use four different laws/daos freely. We must exercise caution and restraint.

“Yup yup.” Uranus said.

Wang Hao on the other hand, was stirred by the fact that the hydra was sealed. He then thought of his situation with the Ten Stage Flower Seal.

Right now, Wang Hao can manipulate the seal to be invisible. At that state, only Wang Hao can see the seal. That means, nobody else in the Underworld saw the seal on his forehead.

With that assurance, he then asked JIeshu,

“You said the hydra was sealed? Was there any symbol or something in the Hydra?”

“Actually there is.” JIeshu immediately said. She tilted her head and touched her chin slightly as she said,

“On each forehead of the heads of the Multi-Headed Hydra, a flower with six petals was engraved.”

“So it was sealed with the same seal as me!” Wang Hao’s thoughts slightly went incoherent as he thought of many possibilities.

“So I am not the only one sealed like that. Now I saw another Godly Divine Beast sealed the same way as me. Does this mean there are more Godly Divine Beasts like me that were sealed?” He gave a slight look to Huo Huangdi before thinking,

“Guess I can ask Huo Huangdi if he had been sealed in his past life later.” Wang Hao then bit his teeth, as he realized the fiasco brought by his discovery.

“I feel like I discovered a massive conspiracy today, concerning the future of the Godly Divine Beasts… I must carefully thread it, since I am already its victim.”

Wang Hao then adopted a determined expression on his face as he said to Jieshu,

“What are we waiting for now? Let’s go and meet that hydra! If you want I can greet it first to lower its defenses.”

“And how will you greet it?” Huo Huangdi’s mildly annoyed voice echoed.

Wang Hao smiled as he said,

“Simple. I will approach it and say, ‘Hi Dra’!”

“……”

“Or if you want something cooler, I can whisper to it, ‘Hey Hydra’.”

“…….”

“Ugh Wang Hao, you suck.” Everybody thought at the same time.
