Ch.197 The Vest Dropped Again (1)

When she heard these words from Ye Peicheng, Qiao Moyu felt her drifting heart settled down all of a sudden.

Luo Luo’s existence gave her lonely soul the feeling of warmth and a sense of belonging while right now Ye Peicheng gave her a sense of security.

Qiao Moyu raised her arm and kissed Ye Peicheng’s lips.

He was shocked; this was the first time Little Moyu had ever initiated a kiss.

She still seemed somewhat shaky and carelessly caressed his lips. His adam’s apple rolled restlessly from the slight itch.

Ye Peicheng regained control and the difference between men and women in this aspect was particularly clear. He opened her mouth and frantically entangled with her.

It was already late and the lights along the river extinguished one after the other. The view of two snuggled against each other seemed to be have been dyed in a black ink as it blended with the blurry background.

Ye Peicheng kissed Qiao Moyu for a long time then helped her up when he finally felt the cold, “Are you cold?”

Qiao Moyu shook her head, “Not cold.” She then jumped and bounced in front of Ye Peicheng, “My body is great!”

Ye Peicheng’s low mood today was instantly wiped away when he looked at Qiao Moyu’s bright smile, “Hungry? Let’s go eat supper?”

Qiao Moyu quickly nodded, “Alright!”

“To the trendy porridge store.” Ye Peicheng said.

Qiao Moyu nodded and went into the car with Ye Peicheng. She did not notice there was a person with a baseball hat who was taking their pictures at great speed.

The owner of the porridge knew Qiao Moyu. When he found that Priest Qingyin’s friend Ye Peicheng also came, he invited both of them into the elegant room long reserved for the priest.

After their porridge store exploded in popularity, they expanded and hired three waiters. The dishes were still made by the couple but the chores were done by the waiters so it was not particularly busy.

When the food arrived, Qiao Moyu happily started to eat while Ye Peicheng elegantly stirred his porridge as he sat opposite to her.

He said, “Little Moyu, the first time I saw you eat I already thought you were cute.”

Qiao Moyu paused. She ate the tiny glutionions rice wine balls and unbelievably replied, “The first time you were really mean to me.”

“I am like that with unfamiliar people. Plus, I thought you were an easy girl who was using the opportunity to get close to me.” Ye Peicheng thought back and his voice softened, “But, the way you eat cake is really cute.”

Qiao Moyu also thought back to that time. She had asked Ye Peicheng if he wanted to eat but he was indifferent to her so she ate the whole cake by herself.

At this moment, she picked up a few of the tiny glutionions rice wine balls, held it up to the corner of Ye Peicheng’s mouth and asked like before, “Film Emperor Ye, want to eat some?”

Ye Peicheng laughed a little. He then took her wrist and ate everything she had from her hands.

Qiao Moyu blinked her eyes, “So now you don’t think I am a girl trying to get with you?”

“I’m waiting for you to get with me.” The scent of wine from the tiny glutinous rice wine balls spread between his lips and his eyes darkened, “Tonight I will satisfy you!”

Qiao Moyu’s eyes widened and her cheeks flushed red. She quickly lowered her head and continued to eat, pretending she heard nothing.

Ye Peicheng felt it was both cute and funny as she ate so seriously. He saw a few threads of her hair had loosened and raised his hand to push them back behind her ears.

The next day, Qiao Moyu, Ye Peicheng and the production team went to the airport.

Yucheng is located in the north. When the plane was about to land, one can see the snow from the county.

The filming of <Light Before Dawn> was approaching its end. The production team only needed some additional shots of the winter days before it can be finalised.
