She was confused. “Keep what up?”

He simply and clearly stated his thoughts. “The attitude and actions you’ve displayed ever since you became my woman.”

It turned out he was fearful that she would grow to hate him again, and would go back to her liking for Bai Chenxi.

That was impossible.

His sharp gaze became threatening. “If…”

She raised her brows and waited for him to continue.

“If you dare to return to the way you were before…” His sharp, frigid gaze was filled with murderous intent.

“I’ll kill you!”

The man’s tone was menacing and frigid to the extreme. A layer of frost seemed to form on the surface of the room because of his words.

If anyone else had heard him, they would surely have peed in their pants by now.
