After speaking, two maids rushed forward, lifting her up.

In this plane, her body was relatively petite and cute.

So she was easily dragged away.

Bai Weiwei was still thinking about how to turn the HP bar green when she was already tied up and pushed forward.

It was noon, when the sun was brightest. As she came out, Bai Weiwei discovered that there were many people outside. It seemed to be a lively, busting street.

Then, one maid announced to everyone in a loud voice, “This person disobeyed His Highness the prince’s command. His Highness was benevolent and reduced the death penalty to  punishment by persecution1.”

Punishment by persecution…

What a strange method of punishment.

Then Bai Weiwei experienced the so-called punishment by persecution.

“Bitch! As a human, you actually dare to defy the honorable Lord Prince. You’re simply the shame of us humans.”

Bai Weiwei: I’m shocked, this person is so shameless. Even the people’s self-esteem is gone. Why are you kneeling and licking the vampires’ feet like this?

“How disgusting. How could such a person come from us humans? Hurry up and die.”

Bai Weiwei: Doesn’t hurt, doesn’t itch…

She had died many times; she was calm.

“Ugly creature, a woman with a rotten face like you should kill yourself right away. How could you go against our noble Lord Prince?”

Bai Weiwei: Ugly creature… ugly creature!

Who called her ugly? Stand up and compare faces if you’re not a wimp!

Her eyes suddenly opened wide. Brown pupils stared toward the crowd with a dark, murderous look.

The sunlight into her clear eyes. Her glare was lively and spirited, without the slightest bit of misery.

She straightened her back. Even though she was tied up, every step she took was stable. None of the people’s curses and spit could put a trace of sorrow or embarrassment on her face.

Her long, curly hair fell to her waist, and on her fair-skinned face, her delicate lips were tightly pressed together.

She was even arrogant, as though completely disdaining those people who were cursing her.

Bai Weiwei suddenly spoke, her voice cold. “A bunch of cowards who will grovel at the feet of bloodsuckers. You’ve kneeled for so long your knees have crippled, and you’re unable to stand up, only able to crawl on the ground like maggots. You really make me sick.”

Suddenly, a portion of the HP bar above her head turned green.

Bai Weiwei suddenly realized something, and she emphasized, “As humans, you’re actually willing to become slaves, fawning and low. There are so many of us, yet we’re ruled over by bloodsuckers that only make up a tenth of us–it’s humiliating!”

When this declaration fell from her lips, the crowd instantly grew quiet.

The stillness was out of fear.

Because these words were likely to get you killed.

Everyone looked at Bai Weiwei as one would a dead person.

But Bai Weiwei saw that the HP bar above her head had turned a bit more green again.

She suddenly came to the realization that the so-called “Revolt Against the Vampires” was also doable using her words as weapons.

She thought she’d have to raise an army, then ponder every day over how to run the vampire rebellion before it could turn green.

The system informed her, “The male lead is in a nearby tower. He has excellent eyesight and can see and hear you, so the HP bar became green.”

After hearing what the system said, Bai Weiwei lifted her head and assumed an unrestrained posture.

She sneered, her disdainful eyes sweeping across the tower.

Then she turned, walking into the crowd without any hesitation.

She didn’t even need a push from the maid behind her.

In the tower, a pale, slender hand crushed the brick ledge.

A cold wind blew, and silver hair fluttered, flashing with beautiful lights under the light of the sun.

1: 口刑: literally mouth + punishment/penalty. Apparently it’s also the term for BDSM gagging (e.g., ball gags) lmao but I’m PRETTY sure that’s not the intent here, so I went with something that sounded like it could fit.
