“What a marvelous body method!” A young man in long amethyst robes and a gold crown in his hair watched raptly. “Although the dead are ferocious, they are without intelligence. The young man must know their weakness if he is able to kill them with one blow and it’s his incredible body method that enables him to do so!”

“It… seems to be the Nine Forms of the Cloud Dragons from eight thousand years ago, the legendary Slaughterless from the Celestial Realm Battlefront!” Some people next to him recognized Lu Yun’s method.

“I want your body method.” The young man with a gold crown walked out. “This seat thinks nothing of those treasures.”

Anyone still alive after seven days and openly sauntering through the place of burial was the cream of the crop. Two dozen awakened cultivators stood in a battle formation behind the young man and were ready to pounce on Lu Yun any time.

“How arrogant!” the young man barked with laughter. He summoned a cerulean blue longsword into his hand and commanded sword qi to soar out of it. It was an immortal weapon!

“Where did this bumpkin come from? You think you’re invincible after some fortuitous encounters! My young lord is the thirty-sixth son of Marquis Skycloud, one of the thirty-six marquises of Great Xia. Kneel and beg for mercy in front of His Grace!” roared an awakened cultivator behind the young man.

Seeing that the young man was the son of Marquis Skycloud, the elder who’d demanded the treasures quickly turned around with a cupped fist salute. He smiled fawningly, “Mosi Yuxiu was unaware of the young lord’s arrival. Please forgive me if I gave offense earlier!”

It was as if the young lord didn’t hear him.

Mosi Yuxiu’s actions goaded those around him into a quick response. They’d just witnessed Lu Yun kill the skeletal soldiers, so they swiftly assembled into a formation that trapped him inside.
