''Boo!'' A handsome middle-aged man in his 30s was carrying a baby whose cheeks were filled with baby fat and beautiful blue eyes gazing straight back at him. He had short black hair and a small beard about to start forming.

His muscular body could barely be hidden underneath his outfit.

They were currently staying in a small room with pinkish walls and a bed, specially made for a baby.

The floor was covered in a soft carpet, and it was soft enough to sit on it.

That's what he was doing. He was sitting next to the bed while carrying the baby girl in his arms.

He had a small smile as he played with the baby's cheeks, which caused innocent laughter to echo in the room.

''Little Azura, you won't leave your daddy, right?'' This middle-aged man's name was Abyss Nightside!

Baby Azura tilted her head cutely, curious about her daddy's question.

Abyss chuckled and pinched her cheek softly, ''You will never marry someone and leave me, right?''

Baby Azura was still confused. She used her tiny limbs to pat on Abyss' cheek.

''Good.'' Abyss took it as yes, and a massive smile appeared on his face.

*Creak*

Soon, a door to the room was opened, and a middle-aged woman with short black hair and blue eyes appeared. Her body was mature with nice curves.

She had a small smile as she watched the scene in the room.

But then, Abyss perked up his ears, and slight panic appeared in his eyes before he quickly hid it.

He stood up, still carrying Baby Azura, and he put her gently back on the bed while she was trying to grab his beard so she could play with it.

''What's wrong?'' Alena asked and grabbed Abyss' hand.

''I will return soon, stay with Azura.'' Abyss said and removed the hand as he left the room.

Alena wondered what happened with him, but seeing Azura's cute smile, she also smiled and started playing with her.

Abyss left the room and tightly locked the room. A chilly look appeared in his eyes as he walked out of the house and entered a neighborhood.

There was a road, going in two different directions, and dozens of houses around the neighborhood.

''Come out!'' Abyss shouted with his powerful tone.

It didn't take long for over a hundred black-robed figures to appear. They surrounded the building where Baby Azura and Alena were still staying.

''League of Assassins… Hah!'' Abyss' mocked laughter was heard as lightning crackled in his eyes, ''You came all the way here to die?!''

''Die? Heh.'' Abyss widened his eyes as he turned his head around to see another black-robed figure standing on top of his building.

This time, the black-robed figure emitted a strength that was way beyond other black-robed figures.

''Chairman of League of Assassins… Why have you come here?!'' Abyss screamed, and confusion filled his face.

The black-robed figure took off his hood, and his white hair and eyes became visible. His identity as Chairman of the League of Assassins is very special, but so is his Martial Rank. His full name is Darth Syr Wolfhelm, Martial God of Darkness.

''We cannot let you become Martial Half-Divinity— no man should be allowed to hold so much power,'' Darth said coldly and started hovering above the building with his right arm started having a black smoke.

''Your lover and baby are in this building, right? It would be such shame if they were to die.'' He pointed his smoky arm towards the building and was ready to kill them without an inch of hesitation on his face.

''Don't you dare!'' Abyss screamed and slammed his hands on the ground.

[Dark Death!]

A beam of black smoke left Darth's hand, and it only took a millisecond for it to hit the building!

But, once the black smoke struck the building, it started dissolving because a forcefield made out of lightning was surrounding the building.

Abyss' hands crackled in lightning, and suddenly, over a hundred black-robed figures surrounded him and unleashed their own attacks.

Over a hundred individuals attacked him without any mercy, and all of them were above Martial King!

''I am Abyss Nightside— I have balanced between life and death since I was born— I won't be defeated by some bastards who are hiding in the dark!''

Abyss' pupils had a symbol of lightning, and his black hair turned into the blue with a shade of white on the sides. His hair didn't look ordinary anymore. Instead, they looked like bolts of lightning!

''Lightning Style, Lightning Dragon Shall Ascend To The Heavens!'' With those words…

All robed figures around him turned into ashes while a massive dragon made of pure lightning struck Darth in the chest, making him explode into a bloody mess.

''RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!'' Abyss' majestic scream reached the sky and at that day… Heavens rumbled and shook.

That was the day when world's first Half-Divinity was born.
