Lu Xinyi rolled drowsily in her bed, with one hand stretching on her sheet while the other one tried to cover her face from the early morning glare coming from her window.

Two days had passed since she moved to Shen Yi’s house and she was still trying to adjust in her new life as his wife.

Their first two days as a married couple was filled with their usual banters as Shen Yi helped Lu Xinyi unpack her things. She knew that Shen Yi was planning something but she’d never thought he will check her undergarments when she went to the bathroom.

“Why do you have cotton? Don’t you have lace or something fancy? Do you need to shop for new lingerie? I can go with you.” Shen Yi said while holding one of her panties.

As expected, her husband with his dogs were kicked out from her bedroom and forbid him never to enter again without her permission.

“Morning, wifey.”

Her eyes shot opened instantly. She gasped at the familiar voice she heard on her side. Turning her head to see if her suspicion is correct, she saw Shen Yi lying beside her in her own bed, with a feral grin in his face.

“Shen Yi! What the hell! What are you doing here?!” she yelled.

She tried to get up but Shen Yi hovered above her and pinned her hands on the sides of her head.

“Xinyi, when will you give me our wedding night?” His lips dangerously close on her mouth. She could feel his weight keeping her trapped beneath him.

Her eyes widened and her heart started beating wildly in her chest.

“Shen Yi…” but her words were never finished as he silenced her with a compelling kiss that almost took her breath away.

Lu Xinyi jolted up from her bed. Her face with a cold sweat as she realized that it was just a dream. She covered her face with both hands before her fingers moved on her hair to grip both sides of her head.

‘A dream. Just a dream.’

But why the hell she was having dreams about Shen Yi?

Lifting her face, she slapped her cheeks. That dream was embarrassing!

She wasn’t a pervert like him! Shen Yi must be rubbing it on her. That shameless man still haunts her even in her dreams, making sure he could make fun of her.

So irritating! Why can’t he leave her alone? He even pestered her in her sleep.

Forcing herself out of the bed, Lu Xinyi took agonizing steps towards the bathroom. Why was it so hard to wake up in the morning? She just wanna stay in bed a little longer but knowing it was Monday, she had to force herself to move around and face her other problems.

She went outside her room and opened their shared bathroom. With almost half closed eyes, she took her toothbrush and toothpaste from its holder and sleepily squeezed the tube.

It was at that moment when the shower curtain swiped open, startling her and making her dropped her toothbrush on the sink. Shen Yi stuck out his head and looked at her nonchalantly.

“Hey, Xinyi. Mind passing me my towel on the rack?”

Shen Yi was naked like the day he was born and Lu Xinyi was shocked to see her husband on his birthday suit. He wasn’t even embarrassed, revealing his nakedness to his new wife. So he was telling the truth when he said he could walk around his house, butt naked.

“AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!” Lu Xinyi screamed as she saw what she wasn’t supposed to see. She immediately covered her eyes with her hands and turned around, her back facing him.

“What the f*ck, Shen Yi?! Why didn’t you lock the door if you’re going to take a bath?!”

“Lu Xinyi, you’re too loud. People might think I’m abusing you.” he paused, “Wait, we’re already married. This should be usual for them.”

“Usual for them but not for us!” she yelled before dashing out of the bathroom and slamming the door behind her.

Leaning her back on the door, she covered her face again with her hands, wondering why she was so unlucky today or was she? She saw Shen Yi’s…

‘Damn, I should have taken a better look.’

When she realized what had crossed on her mind, she scolded herself profusely. Maybe she should take her showers at night from now on if Shen Yi was used to getting his at morning.

The door behind her opened and Lu Xinyi found herself falling back to Shen Yi’s broad naked chest. His hair still wet which made him look a little different in a nice way. Thankfully, he already covered himself with a towel.

“Xinyi. Next time you can just tell me if you want to have a shower with me. I wouldn’t mind.”

He laughed as Lu Xinyi beat his chest with her clenched fists in frustration. Catching her wrist, Shen Yi pulled her closer to him.

“Shut up! I’m not a pervert like you!” Lu Xinyi glared back to her wicked husband.
