"Xiaolei… you're not going to hate me for being bad tonight, right?" he asked but he didn't sound worried. It was if he was certain that she wouldn't hate him for this.

Xiaolei looked up at him as she pouted, intending to scold him but what she saw in his eyes made her stop. He was looking at her with such tenderness that Xiaolei couldn't help but feel her heart overflow with love. If this was how her tormentor look at her, how could she even…
