Chapter 94 You’d better give up

It was 00:00 a.m. at night. Chen Qian was not sleepy at all. She was thinking of the man who called her just now.

“Rat-tat.” Someone was knocking at the door.

Chen Qian sat up and saw Li Qinglan.

“Mom, what’s up?”

“The light is on in your room. I’m wondering what makes you so excited.” Li Qinglan yawned and walked into the room.

Mo Yichen glanced at Chen Qian and took his hands back quietly. Then he looked at her pleading eyes and cleared his throat.

“Chen Qian, I have told you many times that we are like brothers and sisters. I don’t want to destroy the relationship between our families. This would be the last time I warn you about this. I wouldn’t promise what I will do next time.”

Chen Qian was heart-broken. She looked at Mo Yichen disappointedly.

“Is this because of Gu Yan?” Chen Qian adjusted her posture so that she wouldn’t seem embarrassed.

Mo Yichen nodded without hesitation.

“Yes, I love her. You’d better not bother her. If I know something happened to her because of you, your company is gonna pay for it.”
