Chapter 188 On the horns of a dilemma

In the hospital, Li Yunhong was lying on the bed. Her face was pale after the operation. She tried hard to sit up.

Chen Qian sat next to her. She was peeling an apple. She looked clumsy and was likely to scratch her hands. But she still peeled carefully, which made Li Yunhong be delighted.

“Qianqian, leave it alone. Just chat with me.” Li Yunhong said with a hoarse voice. Her eyes were gloomy, and her face was pale.

Chen Qian put down the fruit knife and handed the apple to Li Yunhong. Then she held Li Yunhong’s hand tightly and warmed her. Chen Qian looked at her and was distressed.

“Sure, Auntie. I will accompany you all day. You can talk to me as long as you want.” Chen Qian said.

Li Yunhong heard it and smiled. Her smile was beautiful under the sunshine. She patted Chen Qian’s hand gently.

Li Yunhong said and looked at her gently. However, she felt guilty when facing to Chen Qian. “What a good girl she is. She was wronged but still willing to take care of me. Chen Qian is a sweet girl from the wealthy family. However, Mo Yichen is stupid. He even doesn’t care about her at all. He even doesn’t take my words to heart. He has seduced by the woman who was a bitch.” Li Yunhong thought in her heart.

Li Yunhong was still angry about Mo Yichen.

Chen Qian felt comfortable when she heard it. After all, Li Yunhong was on her side and didn’t given up.

Chen Qian thought that Li Yunhong may give up on her and try to accept Gu Yan, since Li Yunhong and Mo Yichen fell out. But now she was relieved. “I can’t give up since auntie likes me very much.” Chen Qian thought.

“Rat-a-tat” Someone knocked on the door.

“Come in…” Li Yunhong said and then couldn’t help but cough. Chen Qian stood up quickly and poured a cup of water to Li Yunhong. She patted Li Yunhong’s back gently.

Mo Yichen was worried about Li Yunhong and called the doctor immediately. Then he rushed to his mother.

“Mom, how is your feeling? I called the doctor.”

The doctor and nurses rushed to them.

The attending doctor checked the infusion bottle and the nursing record. Then the doctor put on the mask and checked Li Yunhong’s throat.

“Mrs. Li was too excited and ate fruit just now. She was choked. Don’t worry, just drink more water.” The doctor said.

The doctor stood up and took off the mask. He warned Li Yunhong not to be too excited. It was not conducive to recover. Then he went to another ward in a hurry.

A nurse took an injection to Li Yunhong and rechecked the infusion bottle. She felt embarrassed since the ward was so silent.

“Auntie, is this your son? He has good looking and looks like you. Mother’s genes are really powerful. You must be very happy since you have such a handsome son.” The nurse said.

The nurse glanced at Mo Yichen who was logy and said to Li Yunhong.

The nurse was astonished. Then she seemed to know what happened here. She didn’t say anything and finished her job quickly. She told her the points for attention and then left with the medical trolley.

“Mom, take care of yourself. I will buy anything you want to eat. Please forget about other things. We can discuss it when you feel better.”

Mo Yichen said with a low voice to beg his mother. He looked at Li Yunhong with pleading eyes. Then he made an eye contact with Chan Qian, which hinted her to take care of his mother.

Chen Qian chuckled to herself when Mo Yichen looked at her. She nodded on and on. “Does he have some feelings for me?” Chen Qian thought.

“Don’t call me mom. Unless you break up with Gu Yan and marry Chen Qian.” Li Yunhong said.

Li Yunhong said seriously and turned her head away.

“Mom…You…You… Health is the most important thing….”

“Stay away from Gu Yan, if you want to call me mom. Me or her, you could only choose one.” Li Yunhong said.

Li Yunhong didn’t change her attitude and said ruthlessly. She was acting like a child and only wanted Mo Yichen to stay away from Gu Yan. Mo Yichen didn’t know how to deal with it but didn’t want to compromise.

“Gu Yan, what can I do if my mom forces me to stay away from you? I love you very much and you have been the part of my life. Xiangyan and I can’t live without you.” Mo Yichen thought.
