This 2000+ stacks pretty much insta killed Yanshi Stargazer’s Paladin. In that instance, Yanshi Stargazer retreated but he couldn’t flee at all. I used Cloud Piercing Arrow through his chest and that dealt 140 thousand. This Attack made him tear up.

But this battle also proved a thought of mine. Muddy Water not only could silence active skills, but it could also silence passive skills too. After all, they were all active skills. This meant that its priority was really high and it was an SSS Grade skill!
