Chapter 129: The Strange Train

The conversation between Lawrence and Rosetti was still going on…

“It can’t be? Alpha Federation University and the Advanced Military Academy has ranked under us for nearly 30 years…” Rosetti could not believe Lawrence’s words.

Noticing that his food tray was empty, Lawrence pressed the button to call for Dora. Soon after, Lawrence’s food tray was refilled.

Lawrence continued, “That’s just a facade. The other two universities have been coming after us with all their might. Moreover, after the disappearance of our experts, the strength of our academy has suffered a great blow.”

“We’re just famous… Famous, that’s all,” Lawrence said with a practiced expression, then, he suddenly realized the inappropriateness of his words just now. Locke realized that this girl was very familiar with the situation on the black market. More importantly, however, Locke had gained some valuable knowledge.

He stretched his body and prepared to go to the bathroom.

Locke was surprised to find that there was not a single passenger on the train!

When he came out of the washroom, he saw the attendant Dora waiting for him with a square towel not far away.

“Mr. Locke, I’m at your service at any time…” Her beautiful smile was as soothing as always.

After taking the towel, Locke glanced at Dora a few times. After passing by her, he walked to the front of the high-end carriage and stopped.

“This is a high-end towel. It has already been sterilized. Please don’t worry…” Dora quickly said when she realized that Locke did not use a towel.

However, the corner of Locke’s mouth curled into a smile.

“Forget it. I won’t be using this towel. Otherwise, I might fall asleep again…”

Dora’s expression suddenly became nervous. “Sir… What do you mean by this?”

Locke immediately summoned his Infinite Fire Element and a mere second later, it had already transformed into a sword that was launched towards Dora!

Dora was very alert and she dodged it elegantly.

When she got up again, her voice had become a man’s voice. Her eyes were fierce as she glared at Locke and asked, “How did you find out?”

Locke leaned against the door of the carriage, “To be honest, your disguise is not bad. Unfortunately, you seem to have neglected the part of height. Or rather, you have no way to hide your height. You are at most 1.6 meters, and Dora’s height is at least 1.65 meters…”

It was to be expected of Locke. After all it was normal for men to inspect beautiful women properly.
