Chapter 9: Preparations Before the Meeting

“My God. Yan, your fiancée is so ferocious. She took actions without any hesitation. She doesn’t look like a cowardly girl at all, but more like a shrew. We may be cheated by her appearance.” The handsome man said, looking at Bai Aoxue with fear.

“Ha-ha. It’s fun, isn’t it? A wild cat with sharp claws is more fascinating than a docile white rabbit.” Jun Yeyan looked at Bai Aoxue and said with a smile. His voice was as mellow as vintage wine.

Following slowly behind the waiter toward the private room, Bai Aoxue squinted into another private room which was adjacent to the street on the left side.

“Miss, are we going back now?” Mumian’s voice broke her train of thought.

In the Drunken Moon restaurant, the handsome man asked with confusion: “Yan, why don’t we follow them and have a look?”

Gazing at the receding back of Bai Aoxue, Jun Yeyan said with a smile: “I’ll meet the wild cat again. It won’t take much time.”

After doing some washing at the courtyard at the prime minister mansion, Bai Aoxue told Mumian to go to rest.

After taking out the drugs she bought at the pharmacy, she began to refine some ordinary poisonous pills.

It was strangely quiet today. Nobody came to the courtyard to bother her.

She knew that Bai Qiwei’s words worked. She made plans in her heart secretly.

“Mumian. I want to have a rest. I’m tired in the two days. Don’t wake me up if there is nothing important.” she said to Mumian when it was dark.
