Chapter 15: Build up Prestige

Upon hearing what Bai Aoxue said, Cuiyu forestalled Su Qianqian by saying: “What do you mean, First Miss? Do you think I maligned Mumian?”

Bai Aoxue slightly narrowed her eyes, looking at Cuiyu who showed a defiant expression. She uttered a snorting laugh.

Just as everybody thought that Bai Aoxue would say something exasperating again, she hurriedly raised her hand and slapped heavily in Cuiyu’s face.

“When the master did not speak, the servant was in no position to speak.” Finishing her words, she heavily slapped Cuiyu again on the face.

“Having no concept of the master and servant, and it should be punished.” Then she gave two more slaps to Cuiyu.

Su Qianqian looked angrily at Bai Aoxue, only to see Bai Aoxue smiled with embarrassment and said: “Oh. I’m sorry, Auntie Su! The Cuiyu’s words are really annoying. I see you are angry too, so I taught this insubordinate maid a lesson on behalf of you, Auntie Su. You will not blame me, will you?”

Su Qianqian could only give a stare at Bai Aoxue and said: “What our First Miss said was right. Cuiyu deserves it. But I would like to remind First Miss that you would better not to be so impulsive every time, or otherwise you would get into troubles.”

Bai Aoxue just ignored Su Qianqian’s talking with the tongue in the cheek.

Looking at Cuiyu, Bai Aoxue said: “Cuiyu, tell me. Have you ever framed up Mumian? If you tell me the truth, I’ll let it go. If you want to bluff your way, don’t blame me for my ruthlessness.”

Cuiyu covered her aching face with her hands. She lowered the head, and no one could see clearly what she was thinking.

She said sullenly: “First Miss, Cuiyu didn’t frame up Mumian. Cuiyu even didn’t meet her today. It was impossible for me to say those words to her.”

“Oh! Cuiyu, it seemed that I didn’t ask you about what you had said to Mumian. How did you know beforehand what I want to ask you? What does “those words” refer to?” Bai Aoxue said calmly, with a gleam in her eyes.

Listening to the words of Cuiyu, Su Qianqian, who was on the side, felt shocked in the heart. She gazed at Cuiyu, having an impulse to kill her right away.

Cuiyu also realized she had made a mistake, and then said in a hurry: “I don’t know what you mean, First Miss. If you want me to hold the bag, Cuiyu will do it as you like. I am only a maidservant.”

Bai Aoxue did not get angry but smiled: “You mean I’m slandering you, right? Today I’ll let all of you know, I would rather kill the wrong person than slander someone! If you don’t value your life, just go to hell.”

Bai Aoxue twisted Cuiyu’s mouth open and quickly put a prepared poison pill into it.

“Keke… What did you put into my mouth?” Cuiyu coughed violently. The poison pill dissolved so instantly in the mouth, and it was too late for her to spit it out. Cuiyu looked at Bai Aoxue, with her eyes burning with hostility.

“It is a poison pill I got by chance, called Heart-Nibbling Pill. It would be effective in seconds, rotting your internal organs and skin quickly, and making your heart slowly weaken until you die. The sharp pain would let you want to die instantly. Enjoy it.” Bai Aoxue slowly told Cuiyu.

Coldly, she looked at Cuiyu, whom had already fallen down and floundered on the ground because of the sharp pain.

Everyone at present trembled in heart for Bai Aoxue’s words.

They had never heard about such a terrible pill. But it seemed to be true for Cuiyu was struggling ferociously on the ground.

Cuiyu could no longer mind about the eyes of the surrounding people. The pain of nibbling every part in her body was so terrible that she had no strength to speak or yell. If anyone had killed her now, she would just thank that person.

: “Eldest… Miss… I… I will… tell you the truth. I just beg you… to let me… die, as soon… as possible.” Cuiyu said the sentence brokenly.

Hearing the words, the others got shocked and looked at Bai Aoxue in horror, only to see her behaving as if everything was in her hand. They realized that in this smokeless battle Bai Aoxue was the real devil, and the real winner.

Although Su Qianqian was afraid of Bai Aoxue’s ruthless tactics, but when hearing that Cuiyu was going to tell the truth, she yelled hurriedly: “Bai Aoxue! I respect you as the First Miss of the prime minister’s family, but you did behave so unscrupulously. You slapped my maidservant, and now you are so heartless that even made her end in death! Please don’t go too far!”

Finding that Su Qianqian lost her temper, Bai Aoxue knew that she could hardly retain her composure at last.

Bai Aoxue said with a cold smile: “It seems that Auntie Su have forgotten the words I just said: If you don’t value your life, just go to hell. I, Bai Aoxue, always walk the walk. Moreover, it will never be your turn to say the word “unscrupulously”. It is you, Auntie Su, who should not forget the identity.”
