“In the crib over there.” Shu Yan, too, was happy when she saw Hu Ruixue. “I didn’t think the baby would come so soon either. The doctor said he is a full-term baby and is very healthy.”

Hu Ruixue gave a motherly smile when she saw the little baby who was in deep sleep. “This will be my little son going forward.”

The entire seventh floor was for JingJing. It was connected to the rooftop and had a patio. JingJing would be able to grow flowers that she liked.

“You are too generous.” Shu Yan lamented.

She looked at the location. This area would be going for tens of thousands per square meter in 20 years and Hu Ruixue reserved an entire building. And she decided on two stories for recreation. That was too overly luxurious.

“You just have to say whether you want to be my neighbor.” With hers and Shu Yan’s net worth right now, they could easily buy their own land and build 10 buildings like this. It really wasn’t that luxurious.

Normally, resting for a week in the hospital would be sufficient but Feng Zeyu was worried and insisted for Shu Yan to stay for an extra week. Finally, Shu Yan could no longer tolerate the smell at the hospital and insisted on going home before Feng Zeyu gave in.

Going through yuezi* during this time, it wasn’t bad. The weather was neither too cold nor too hot and then there was Aunty making her different delicious dishes every day. Even so, Shu Yan had been slowly losing weight.

“How come you lost more weight?” Feng Zeyu wanted to take Shu Yan to the hospital again.

“That won’t be necessary. Of course I will lose weight after I have given birth.” Shu Yan had made a point of telling Aunty that she didn’t want to binge eat during yuezi. That was the reason she did not balloon up like other women who had given birth.
