Chapter 335

Min Sung entered the lobby of the building while being greeted by cameras.

As soon as he entered, Min Sung stopped in his tracks.

The important people from all around the world were waiting for Min Sung in the lobby, and they were all bowing at 90 degrees.

Min Sung scoffed lightly at the ones bowing and proceeded to walk again.

As soon as he got to the elevator, a man pressed the button to open the door for him.

Min Sung glanced over at him before getting in with Ji Yoo Kim.

By the time the elevator began to go up, they bowed to him once again.

Min Sung looked down below in the transparent elevator and knitted his brows.

“Why are they acting like that?”

In response, Ji Yoo Kim smiled bitterly.

“I’m not sure.”

Followed by a moment of silence, the elevator alerted them that they arrived.

As soon as the door opened, Min Sung walked out.

Inside the large meeting room were presidents and hunter leaders, and beside them were aides as well as guards.

As soon as Min Sung appeared, they sprung up and fixed their clothes.

Min Sung went to the empty seat and pointed outside.

“Everyone except for the presidents and hunter leaders, leave.”

Before proceeding to sit down, he glared his eyes at the people who were standing blankly.

“Leave,” said Min Sung in a low voice.

The American aide walked toward Min Sung to say something, but he then had a hard time breathing and plopped down on his knees.

He then wriggled as he got dragged toward Min Sung by what seemed like an invisible rope.

His face looked like it was about to explode, and his eyes became bloodshot.

“What’s wrong with him?”

Min Sung pointed at the aide and asked while scanning around.

The presidents looked shocked, but the hunter leaders looked calm.

And once the presidents realized what was going on, he immediately made everybody leave.

The aide, who got dragged in front of Min Sung and had a hard time breathing, immediately caught his breath.

“Did you have something to say to me?” Min Sung looked down and asked.

The American president’s aide wobbled back up. He bowed and excused himself.

That was when Min Sung sat down, and the presidents and hunter leaders sat down tenser than before.

In particular, the faces of the presidents looked stiffer than those of the hunter leaders.

This was their first time meeting Min Sung Kang, and what they had just seen was shocking.

They watched a body get dragged across the room and wriggle as if he was on the verge of death.

That was when they realized that Min Sung Kang was as powerful as a god.

Min Sung looked at the presidents and hunter leaders and kept the silence.

Inside the silent meeting room, all that could be heard was the sound of gulping.

Min Sung stared at them while crossing his arms and knitting his brows.

While the presidents and hunter leaders exchanged glances, Min Sung’s phone rang.

In response, the presidents and hunter leaders flinched.

Min Sung took out his phone from his pocket.

The caller was Ho Sung Lee.

Min Sung put the phone on the table and put it on speaker for everybody to hear.

Sir, it’s me, Ho Sung.

“What is it?”

I caught the head of X-HIT just like you asked. We’re on our way to the warp gate. Shall I bring him to you right away?

“Hand him over to Central Institute for now. I’ll go over in the evening.”

Yes, Sir.

Min Sung hung up and lifted his gaze.

The already nervous men sat up even straighter.

Min Sung rubbed his face with both hands and looked at the presidents and hunter leaders while cupping his chin.

“You’re just like dogs and cats,” said Min Sung.

The presidents minded each other while the hunter leaders remained silent while looking at their feet.

“I didn’t ask you to meet today to hear your opinions or discuss anything.”

“…”

“All you have to do is do as I say.”

The presidents and hunter leaders gulped.

That was because their futures depended on what Min Sung was going to say.

“First…”

Min Sung stopped before continuing.

“I think there’s a need to make the relationship between each government and hunter leaders clear. What’s the point in having security hunters? In this day and age, that’s not going to prevent assassinations. Unless the governments and hunters coexist, they will both go extinct.”

Min Sung made sense.

But the reason why they kept persisting was because they didn’t want to give up their authority.

The governments were afraid of the hunters monopolizing the world.

For that reason, they had to fight, and the only way they could was to use money and the media.

“I won’t make this long, so listen carefully. Each president will negotiate a payment with the hunter leaders. And the result will immediately be revealed to the media.”

The American president gathered his courage to look at Min Sung and ask a question, “Is that it?”

“No, of course not. Add one more thing to what you tell the media. That if any hunter gets involved with a crime, you’ll deal with their punishment yourself.”

The presidents and hunter leaders flinched. They had a lot to say, but they couldn’t express their opinions, so they could only grimace.

“By that, you mean…”

The Russian hunter leader trailed off.

“You’ll kill them.”

Min Sung spoke calmly, but the ones listening couldn’t feel the same way.

This was proof of how Min Sung Kang was going to come off in the future, and that gave them a lot of pressure.

What he just said meant that he would take over the world and act himself, which was a clear demonstration of his power.

They were worried and afraid, but they couldn’t refute.

If they wanted to talk, they had to go through Ho Sung Lee or Central Institute’s Commander Ji Yoo Kim.

All they could realize was that they couldn’t approach him directly.

In response, Min Sung laughed quietly.

“Corrupt police and corrupt hunters. The same goes for corrupt politicians. If a hunter gets involved with a crime, you’ll kill them. And the same goes for presidents and hunter leaders as well.”

The presidents and hunter leaders trembled with pale faces.

“I’m working to control the crimes committed by hunters. That’s all I do. And like I said before, be sure to make it clear to the media that no hunters who commit crimes will be able to avoid death.”

“Yes, Sir!”

The hunters all replied at the same time.

“The hunter leaders will form a new team.”

The hunter leaders all looked at Min Sung.

Min Sung continued, “A special team which will track down criminal organizations and locate them.”

The hunter leaders nodded.

Min Sung looked at the hunter leaders with sharp eyes.

“This is my last warning. If you revolt out of worry that the number of hunters is decreasing or the weakening of the government, I promise you that you’ll pay for it.”

He didn’t give off any killer vibes, but both the presidents and hunter leaders turned pale and dripped in sweat as if they had a hard time breathing.

“You’ll wipe out any hunter who commits crimes. Like I said, no exceptions.”

Min Sung then got up and left the meeting room.

Central Institute’s Commander Ji Yoo Kim followed Min Sung out.

Only the presidents and hunter leaders remained in the meeting room.

Once the storm passed, they had many thoughts go through their head in the midst of the silence.

A moment later, one president got up, and in response, the other presidents and hunter leaders got up as well.

They had lots to do.

After discussing wages with the hunter leaders, they all left the meeting room.

After the meeting that Min Sung had with the presidents and hunter leaders, the media and the rest of the world flipped upside down.

That was because Min Sung Kang made his decision regarding crimes.

Just that alone made the hunters who were committing crimes feel agitated.

On the other hand, the citizens who supported Min Sung Kang became even more loyal.

The average civilians detested the power and abuse of the hunters.

So the choice that Min Sung made resulted in them calling him a hero and the perfect leader.

The entire world began to have an interest and show support for Min Sung.

“Wow, this is driving me crazy.”

On his way to Central Institute, Ho Sung Lee looked at the X-HIT’s head, Leight, who was receiving magical treatment for his bleeding, and knitted his brows.

Leight attempted to escape from the helicopter, and he also tried to kill himself inside the car.

He convinced him that as long as he cooperated, he wouldn’t be hurt, but as a result of his disbelief and the actions that followed, he was receiving treatment.

As a result, they had no choice but to transfer him with his wrists and ankles tied up with magic.

Luckily, he wasn’t at risk of dying.

Ho Sung Lee looked at the reporters holding cameras and then looked at Leight, who was lying unconscious while bleeding inside the car, which caused his head to throb.

Even though he was bringing the lead of a criminal organization, considering the state he was in, there were bound to be misunderstandings.

Ho Sung Lee called the commander of Central Institute to explain, and he asked her to figure out a way to make the reporters leave so that they could sneak in through the back door.

And because he was told it would take a while, they had no choice but to take another lap.

He figured it was best that they take that time to treat him and stop his bleeding.
