Chapter 173: A Wheel Fight

John took out his cell phone. “Girl, can you give me your contact information? I’ll send you the time and address later.”

Evans shielded Claire behind him. “What do you mean? Are you trying to snatch her from me? Don’t forget, she is my granddaughter!”

John said angrily, “So what? Is it a big deal?”

“Yes, it is!” Evans yelled. “She’s my granddaughter, not yours!”

The two old men began to quarrel like kids again.

Phoebe didn’t even eat lunch. She just wanted to go home as soon as possible.

Every second of staying here made her feel tormented.

She walked out of the gate, only to run into Claire.

Phoebe couldn’t help cursing her. “B*tch!”

In the evening, Claire received a text message from John.

It was the address of Autumn Go Club. The time of the wheel fight was set for the weekend.

Go was not important. Her goal was Lin Mo.

Claire stuffed a bottle of water into her school bag, put on her cap, and took the bus to Autumn Go Club according to the address given by John.

The Go club was built inside a college. After she registered her information in the security room, the carved iron gate slowly opened.

Claire walked into a building and found the location of the Go club.

Standing at the door, she saw there was only a girl inside, clearing the game board.

“Hello.” The girl looked at Claire and asked. “May I help you?”

“I’m looking for President Zhang.”

“President Zhang hasn’t arrived yet. Come in and take a seat please.”

Claire walked in and sat on the sofa. The girl brought her a cup of water.

Before long, there was a sudden noise outside the door, followed by the sound of messy footsteps.

A group of young men suddenly poured into the Go club, bending their arms around others’ shoulders, talking and laughing.

However, when they saw Claire on the sofa, they immediately stopped, and the room became silent.

While they were discussing, someone suddenly shouted., “Oh! President Garcia is here!”

Claire paused and raised her head again.

She saw a tall figure walking through the gate of the Go club.
