Chapter 212: There’s a Mastermind Behind All This?

Behind those calm, clear eyes were violent crashing waves. All who looked at Feng Tianlan felt great fear in their hearts. Her eyes were even scarier than the previous clan head’s.

Feng Tianlan smiled and didn’t say anything. She continued to stare back emotionlessly at the butler. His heart pounded with fear. But then, he realized that he was only looking at a young lady, and she couldn’t possibly do anything too terrible.

“What do you want?” The butler didn’t know why, but he still felt anxious.

Feng Tianlan laughed lightly, then went forward and dislocated his lower jaw. She looked back at the wailing servants and said, “I give you all one more chance to live. Whoever comes forward and bites him until he begs for mercy and spills the beans will not have to die.”

Everyone gasped when they heard this. They couldn’t believe that she had thought of something like getting the servants to bite another human.

“Just kill me if you want.” The butler’s words were a little slurred, but the terror in his voice was apparent. Now he knew why she had dislocated his lower jaw – she didn’t want him to kill himself by biting his tongue.

Feng Tianlan glanced at them as she said calmly, “You all have five minutes.”

“Bite all you want. Just don’t kill him!” Feng Tianlan didn’t even raise her eyes to look since she had already expected this to happen.

Human nature was so vulnerable in the face of death. Furthermore, these were a bunch of selfish people.

Tu Xiang didn’t feel much for these people. He was just anxious because he was afraid that the butler would spill some of his secrets. He couldn’t wait for those servants to bite the butler to death.

There wasn’t any flesh left on the butler that hadn’t been bitten. Half of one ear had even been chewed off, and his entire body was bloodied. He had nearly been eaten alive.

“I’ll talk. I’ll talk.” After a few minutes, the butler couldn’t endure being eaten alive anymore. Being bitten to death was even more terrifying than being slashed a thousand times.

“Tu Xiang and Xu Jiayi gave the previous clan head a slow-acting poison to kill her…”

Tu Xiang roared, “Butler!”

Feng Tianlan glared coldly at Tu Xiang then told the butler, “Continue.”
