The school bus moved slowly, Ji Zhiyao was originally especially awake, but his butt hadn’t touched the seat for long and he was already dozing off.

He hugged his backpack and slept all the way till the bus arrived at the university campus.

When he opened his eyes and woke up once more, even the bus driver wasn’t on the bus anymore. Ji Zhiyao rubbed his eyes and alighted the bus, his eyes drowsy with sleep and walked in the direction of the academic building.

He had a lesson this period, Advanced Mathematics. Everyone from his dorm was already in the lecture theater for the lesson. Yang Bing had read his text and even helped to save him a seat.

Ji Zhiyao walked up the stairs, already hearing the Advanced Mathematics lecturer’s bright and loud voice. He hid behind the window on the back door and swept the place, realizing that Yang Bing and the rest were seated at the last few rows, which was easier for him to reach them. Hence he very lightly twisted the handle of the back door and snuck in.

Fortunately, the lecturer kept staring at his textbook and did not see him. Ji Zhiyao successfully reached his seat, then placed his backpack down and exhaled deeply.

Yang Bing greeted, “Old Ji, you’re back. By the way, did you bring your books?”

Ji Zhiyao shook his head and asked with some hope, “Did you help me to bring my books here?”

“No, I just wanted to tell you, it’s just nice that you didn’t bring your books, because even if you brought them you won’t be able to understand the lecture anyway. Really, don’t doubt me. I slept for five minutes in that period two weeks ago, I have never caught up even till now.”

Hence Ji Zhiyao sat there dully and watched the lecturer wave his arms and comment on the affairs of the nation, till the lesson ended.

With the end of this period, they did not have anymore lessons for this week. This made Ji Zhiyao slightly regretful that he had come to class.

Four of them returned to the dorm together, while on their way, Yang Bing asked where they were all planning to travel to for the vacation.

Ning Lichao wanted to make a trip home, while Wen Heng had decided to stay in the dorm. Ji Zhiyao did not share his own plans in detail, only mentioning that he had some matters and needed to go overseas.

Yang Bing said, “I envy you, virtually a petite bourgeoisie lifestyle.”

Wen Heng agreed, “I’m envious.”

Ning Lichao echoed both of them. “I’m envious too.”

Ji Zhiyao changed the topic of the conversation. “I really do have something on. But is there anything that you guys need, I’ll buy and bring it back for you guys?”

Upon hearing this, Wen Heng suddenly became excited. “US rara just launched a new set of headphones and keyboard a few days ago, I heard the touch and tone quality are especially good, but it’s only for sale locally. Old Ji, I’ll transfer you money later, help me bring a set back?”

“Okay.” Ji Zhiyao agreed readily, then asked, “Bing and Old Ning, how about the two of you? Need anything?”

Yang Bing replied, “Help me bring a lipstick back.”

Yang Bing said a little shyly, “Mother’s Day is coming, I haven’t really bought any gifts for my mum before, you guys know it.”

Ji Zhiyao patted his shoulder. “Sure, just send me a screenshot of whichever type you want later.”

In the time of their short conversation, they were already back at their dorm, Ning Lichao used his keys and opened the door and the few of them entered together.

Ji Zhiyao was really a little sleepy, he threw his backpack on the table, climbed onto his bed and pulled back his covers, saying, “I’ll nap for awhile. If I’m not up by dinner time, you guys don’t have to wake me up. The training camp during the past two weeks was really tiring, I feel like my body has been emptied.”

Yang Bing nodded. “Got it, go sleep.”

Hence Ji Zhiyao laid down very peacefully, yawned and soon fell into a deep slumber.

Perhaps because he was really tired out, he slept especially well. By the time he woke up, it was already dark outside. To not disturb his sleep, his dorm mates did not turn on the lights.

Ji Zhiyao pulled back his blanket and sat up.

He was still a little dazed, so he did not speak.

Instead Ning Lichao was holding his cup, about to go get some water, he stood up from his seat and saw the person on the bed just sitting there when he turned around and was shocked. “Oh f*ck me! Old Ji, why didn’t you make any sound?”

Ji Zhiyao shook his head. “I just woke up, haven’t complete sobered up. What time is it now?”

“It’s past 8 already, you can really sleep. Aren’t you hungry?”

Ji Zhiyao touched his empty stomach and smacked his lips. “Seems like I’m a little.”

“Come down and eat, we brought some food back for you from the canteen.”

Ji Zhiyao’s eyes popped out, as he climbed agilely down from his bed, pulling open the plastic bag containing the food on the table, he did not forget to praise them. “True brotherhood, dedicating the song “A Grateful Heart” to you guys.”

Ning Lichao pushed open the door to leave the dorm.

There were a total of three dishes and a soup in the bag, and a container of rice, Ji Zhiyao had only eaten a good half of it and his stomach was already rounded. However, having leftovers was shameful, he forced himself to finish the rest of it, then he became so stuffed then he couldn’t move at all.

Having eaten and drank his fill with nothing to do, he turned on his computer and started his livestream.

This month’s livestream had not been done for a long while because of the training camp in the later half of the month, thus his salary would definitely be deducted. Yet he hoped that through hard work, he could as far as possible lessen the amount to be deducted.

As he was in school, Ji Zhiyao did not turn on the camera as usual.

The amount of people in the livestream was slightly more than usual, he was a little surprised and turned on his ear-mic to ask, “How did all of you know that I would turn on livestream today? Are you guys Sherlock Holmes?”
