Cai Ling led Ye Mo through the forest with her outstanding perception as Ye Mo followed with caution. After a few minutes, they were clear of the forest.

“Another hour and we’ll arrive at the Pleasure City,” Cai Ling said as she wanted to ask Ye Mo for his opinion. “If we want to head to the Women City, we’ll have to go through that city.”

After an hour of walking, they arrived at the city. A few guards with spears in their hands were monitoring the people going in and out of the city.

Ye Mo and Cai Ling walked towards the gate while their hearts beat faster than usual. Yet the guards did not pay them much attention, and they successfully went into the city.

Ye Mo let out a breath of relief and led Cai Ling to the opposite gate. They would be safe if they were able to make it through the next gate.

“Hey, there’s a Cursed Pearl being auctioned off at the Pleasure Society,” Ye Mo said when he heard someone mentioning an auction. “I’ve heard that it has absorbed the hatred and curses from the heaven and earth. A few powerful clans are fighting over it as we speak. If the pearl were to be used to train a Martial Technique, that technique could be merged with the Cursed Will!”

“It’s easier said than done,” another person said. “If the warrior fails to control the will, it will consume them!”
