Chapter 728 Inviting gaze

Since she was feeling uncomfortable and sweaty, a bath would do, but Jia Li had a problem with the warm bath he wanted to prepare for her.

”I want to bath with the normal temperature from the tap water, I’m feeling so hot that I think the warm water bath won’t do.”

Fu Hua rejected her request immediately. “There is no way I will let you have a cold bath. I don’t want you to catch a cold, remember the baby.”

Jia Li just stared into his eyes speechlessly before giving up. “Fine, suit yourself.”

Fu Hua smiled and walked away. Soon, he came back to the bedroom, but she was not there. He was almost scared and wanted to go look for her outside before he heard her calling for him from the walk-in closet.

”Darling!”

Immediately, he went to go and meet her there. “You almost scared me. I thought you had left the room.” Fu Hua said as his sight moved from her face down to her legs only to see that her flip-flops were missing.

Now he knew the reason he didn’t hear her footsteps while he was in the bathroom. If he wasn’t running the bath for her, he would have heard her footsteps.

”Since you left to go and set a bath for me, I figured that I should change out of my clothes.” Jia Li replied as she let her dress fall from her body and down to her feet.

”That was a good idea.” Fu Hua said while gazing intently at her body.

Jia Li felt his gaze on her naked body and smiled. “Stop looking, or you will be the one to suffer later.”

”Why would I suffer when I have you here?” Fu Hua asked as a smirk slowly turned up on his lips.

The next second, he closed in the gap between them and watched her roll her hair before wrapping it up with a hairband.

”If I say no…?” Jia Li asked.

”Then I will persuade you.” Fu Hua replied as he reached out with his hand towards her chest area but she evaded him.

”What are you doing?” She asked with a low chuckle.

Fu Hua stepped backward and replied with a low chuckle, “Don’t worry, I won’t touch you, I was only teasing you.”

”Are you sure you were teasing me right now?” Jia Li asked as she stepped out of her dress and picked it up and folded it.

”I was. I only reached out because I wanted to you feel your abdomen. You know, it’s no longer flat, but it’s looking like it’s getting bigger.” Fu Hua pointed out.

”It’s supposed to get bigger.” Jia Li said with her gaze downwards as she reached out to feel her abdomen.

”I know…” Fu Hua said with a distant gaze. “Come and have your bath before your water turns cold.” He added.

Jia Li glanced at him with an inviting gaze as she asked, “Do you want to touch it?”

”Can I? Will you let me?” Fu Hua asked with a teasing smile.

”As long as you don’t trespass.” Jia Li replied with a wink and dumped hed cloth on the chair before facing him.

Fu Hua took a step closer and reached out to touch her abdomen. “Did you say trespass? The last I remember, I own this whole territory.”

Immediately he finished that sentence, he brought her close to his body and hugged her from behind. Next, he grabbed one of her boobs with his hand and squeezed it gently, while the other hand remained on her waist.

Jia Li couldn’t help chuckling because of his sudden move, and how ticklish she felt. “Seriously, this rogue!”

”I like the fact that you remember your husband’s second identity.” Fu Hua replied as he nibbled on her ear.

Jia Li felt so ticklish that she really wanted t escape from his grasp, but he didn’t let off so easily, so she had to improvise.

”Who was it that just said that my water was turning cold?” She asked in-between laughter.

”Who sent me an invitation?” Fu Hua asked and went on to bite the side of her neck gently. The feeling of his teeth against her skin caused her goosebumps, and she couldn’t help but react to it.

Fu Hua felt her shiver in his arms and stopped. He slowly released her and turned her over to face him.

”We can’t let you catch a cold now.” He said before taking her hand and leading her into the bathroom.

After he had made sure that she had entered into the bathtub safely, he left her and came out. By the time she was done and had come out dressed in her bathrobe, Fu Hua had already made a little preparation for a massage section for her.

She looked so happy with his preparation, and couldn’t help but kiss his cheeks as a reward.

”I really needed this.” She said as she went to sit on the couch.

”I know, and that’s why I set this up at the last minute.” Fu Hua said to her with a full smile. He looked so happy that she was happy with his present.

”How did you know?” Jia Li asked with a softened facial expression.

Fu Hua smiled and replied as he picked up the stretch mark cream from the table, “When I touched you, I felt it. Now take off your bathrobe and go and lay on the bed.”

Whether he was lying or not, none of that concerned Jia Li as the massage was very important to her. She quickly took off her bathrobe and climbed into the bed while asking if the door was locked, and she got a positive reply.

”Lay with your back against the bed, I want to massage your stomach and hip area first.” Fu Hua said as he showed the stretch mark cream to her.

Jia Li laid on the bed according to his instruction, not minding that she was stacked naked in front of him.”
