FangSu didn’t get to finish her words before a slap on her arm forced her to scream in pain. Her mother had done well by shutting her up.

”You really need to get a hold of yourself! How can you be speaking his way in public?” Fu He’s reprimanded while Jia Li watched from the side.

Wincing in pain, FangSu replied, “Mum, why are you hitting me, am I still a child? where is the public here, it’s just the three of us? I am airing my mind out because I feel suffocated, or am I not allowed to?”

”Before your brother and Jia Li got married, did they get involved in that kind of romance? Was it not after they got married that they started acting that way? You need to shut your mouth before I help you with it.” She warned in a serious tone.

Fu Hee was still fuming mad because of her daughter, and she couldn’t see herself calming down any time soon.

Jia Li glanced between the mother and daughter before choosing who to comfort.

”Mum, don’t be too angry, FangSu was just saying whatever she thought without minding our environment, please don’t take it to heart.”

Fu Hee heaved a sigh before picking up her phone to glance at the time, then she turned to say to her, “I have to meet up With my friends, you two can eat and go home without me, I will call another driver to come to pick you up before you finish eating.”

Jia Li smiled and waved at her, while FangSu turned her face away and said in a low tone, “Looks like I have to get married soon in other to experience my sister-in-law’s kind of romance.”

Fu Hee heard what she said clearly, and FangSu had said it to her hearing in other to provoke her again.

There was no time to go about hitting her, and besides, Jia Li had already blocked her off before she could raise her arm.

”Mum, please extend our greetings to your friends.” Jia Li said and walked her to the door.

Fu Hee smiled at her, “I will, go back and eat till your fill,” She said before walking away.

After the door was shut, FangSu heaved a deep sigh of relief as Jia Li went back to her seat.

”You know you shouldn’t have angered her like that.” Jia Li said to her in a soft tone, with her gaze on her.

”She is not of the same generation as us, and I forgot that her thinking is a bit off. There is absolutely nothing wrong to talk about what I feel, and what I want.” FangSu replied.

Jia Li sighed and drummed her fingers on the table, “You just said that we are worlds apart, so you shouldn’t speak that way when she is here with us.”

FangSu Giant bother to argue because she was right. She and her mother have a different mentality and ways of doing things, so she had to be careful of the way she spoke in her presence.

After placing an order for their food, FangSu leaned in to ask with a slight smile on her face, “Sister-in-law, I have some important questions to ask, and since you are like an elder sister to me, I feel more comfortable chatting with you about it, than any other person, and besides, you are equally experienced in that field.”

Jia Li must have guessed the direction of the questions FangSu wanted to ask was going to because she would have choked on any drink if she were to be taken one at that time of this question.

Jia Li’s face turned a bit red as she asked her to go on with her questions.

The smile on FangSu’s face spread even more, and she became more relaxed to asking her question.

”Sister-in-law, what do you think makes a woman attracted to a man, and makes the man want to touch her?”

If only Jia Li was a vegetable, her face would have been no different from a beetroot. Her face was red now, which showed the level of embarrassment she got because of that question.

Trying to mask her embarrassment, she cleared her throat and said, “This question is a bit off. I am not a man, so I can’t tell.”

FangSu refused to accept that response. She whined like a child and took her hand saying, “Sister-in-law, even if you can’t answer that question, at least you should know the reason my brother gets all touchy with you and wants to sleep with you, right?”

Jia Li didn’t know when she hit FangSu’s hands away and coughed because she choked on her saliva. Her face was all red now.

FangSu seemed to get that she was uncomfortable and smiled. “Sister-in-law, don’t tell me that you are embarrassed. You have been married to my brother for a few years now, you have a 4 years plus old daughter, and you are even pregnant again. Surely, you have the experience to teach this clueless sister-in-law of yours, right?”
