Chapter 249: A Good Name

Feeling the crying girl within his arms and seeing how hard she was wailing, Virus was surprised at first.

Then, shaking his head with a helpless grin, he reached out his hand as he patted her head gently, "It's okay now… I'm fine. So, don't cry anymore."

Hearing his comforting words, the golden beauty stuck out her face from within his embrace as she glanced at him with teary eyes and a puppy face before asking innocently, "Really?"

"Of course! Not only am I fine, but I'm also even stronger now!" He voiced with clear confidence exuding from his tone, 'I wonder how stronger I've become though…'

"But master, what happened to you just now, why were you so wrecked and bloody… I could neither feel your pulse nor your breathing… I was so scared." She asked in a worried tone.

"Well, hmm…" Hearing this question, Virus also started to recall everything that had happened earlier.

In a deeply contemplative state, he proceeded, 'The moment every cell within my body was tempered to the absolute limit, those transformations were initiated as the Dark Dragon's Metamorphosis Revolution started to rotate on its own… hmm…'

As he thought about the Dark Dragon's Metamorphosis Revolution, he became very curious as he unconsciously tried revolving it. But, the next moment, his eyes became wide open as he froze while wondering, 'I can't… I can't revolve the Dark Dragon's Metamorphosis Revolution anymore… why?'

His lungs could absorb oxygen better. His body could go on without oxygen for much longer. His heart was pumping as if it was the best and the most powerful engine in the whole world. His hearing was also so sensitive now that he could directly hear thrice the amount he was capable of previously.

Furthermore, his eyesight could now catch the slightest changes within the room, even the smallest ants in the faraway distance didn't escape his eyes. It was as if his eyes had transformed into that of a hawk's.

Additionally, the moment he stiffened his muscles, they became almost as hard as the bones of a normal person.

This long list went on and on. However, in summary, his whole being and the function of everything within his corporeal body had elevated to another level!

"Master? I said what happened to you earlier? Why were you like that?" Seeing she was receiving no response whatsoever and instead he appeared to have sunk into a state of deep contemplation, the golden beauty was forced to repeat herself.

"Hmm, so this is what happened… the moment I completed the…" Initiating his elaboration on that odd situation, Virus first began from the moment he had perfected the False Sixth Level, Remoulding The Residual Cells and how after that he had experienced a feeling of breaking through some kind of barrier that shouldn't have existed in the first place.

He also went on to explain about the Dark Dragon's Metamorphosis Revolution and the Sychnornous Transformations Crystal and how they had worked together in order to achieve all of the following amazing renewals.

Proceeding further, he also mentioned how he felt so much stronger now and how every piece of his existence had been improved and modified. All of these were only the visible changes that were noticeable to him though.

"Hmm… so in short… master broke through from the so-called False Sixth Level which was still within the limits of the fifth level of the Corporeal Tempering Stage… hmm… doesn't that mean what master did was to break through to the real Sixth level?" Touching her chin after hearing about so many amazing things that had happened, the golden beauty mouthed.

Listening to her words, Virus felt they really did make sense. That conclusion was logical. So, looking at her, he added, "You're right… if the previous one could be called the False Sixth Level, a false perfection… then this level should be the real sixth level… the True Sixth Level… and the true perfection and harmony of the body."

"Hmm… but I have no idea what this level is actually called…" A thoughtful expression appeared on his face as he mumbled. There was no information whatsoever regarding this level inside his database, so he truly didn't understand anything about it.

A few seconds after seeing his contemplative expression, her eyes began to shine as she suggested, "What if we name it the True Sixth Level, Ethereal Metamorphosis."

Surprised, he replied, "Hmmm… actually… that's a pretty suitable name… how did you think of that?" Virus truly liked the suggestion as he inquired while nodding his head. He wanted to know the reasons she had behind this naming.

"Um, I chose the word 'Metamorphosis' since the Dark Dragon's Metamorphosis Revolution was the cause of all of this and considering the fact that master also previously shed his skin exactly the same way a snake going through a metamorphosis would. Moreover, previously… master seemed so out of this world while his whole physique was glowing like a blinding sun or even a heavenly being... and that's where the word 'Ethereal' comes from." Seeing how he took a liking to the name, the golden beauty felt happy internally as she explained patiently.

"I see… that's probably one of the most suitable names for this level… so let's name it like that. True Sixth Level, Ethereal Metamorphosis." Nodding in satisfaction, Virus accepted the name.

"Oh, right, did anything worth mentioning happen while I was in my closed-door training?" Suddenly remembering something, he queried while deliberating to himself, 'Did she come?'

"About that… actually yes… some startling matters took place in the world. However, because master had previously ordered me to not bother him unless it was a very urgent matter, I decided to wait until master exits his seclusion… also… I had this odd feeling that all of this should've already been within master's calculations… I mean… how can such a major disaster escape master's eyes?" The golden beauty phrased while, in total blind faith, her expression seemed to be saying, 'Master is the best! So that's impossible, right?'

However, listening to her rather confusing sentences, a slight frown sat on Virus' face as he promptly connected to the whole world in order to understand and unveil exactly what the golden beauty was talking about.
