While Jin Xiangdong was speaking on the phone, Lu Jia’er, who was walking silently by his side, looked sideways at him without asking anything, she simply walked forward quietly.

“Aren’t you curious about who i was talking with on the phone?” asked Jin Xiangdong.

“It was your sister!” Lu Jia’er replied.

Jin Xiangdong looked sideways at her, and Lu Jia’er continued. “Does she not get along with Mr. Jin?”

“You have a keen ear!” Jin Xiangdong said, biting his lips.

“It has little to do with hearing. I guessed at it based on your expression and tone! The conflict may still be related to my appearance.” said Lu Jia’er, who looked at Jin Xiangdong, seeming to seek his confirmation.
