"Huff puff, we have avoided the danger of that fog...now, where should we go?" Li Shi Ying wiped her forehead as she asked Jiu Wei who was right beside her, riding on the silver wolf together with Di Yu.

"The rainbow miracle powder is located at the very top of the mountain so I think we should start climbing now. Also, from what I came to know, the higher you climb, the stronger the spiritual beasts that you will come across."

Jiu Weis eyes turned serious as he began to explain the level system in Youdu Mountain.

This mountain was different from Di Yu hometown, Hell Valley. Di Yu's actual home was hidden in Hell Valley and the valley itself was further hidden inside a lava forest.

If, in Di Yu place the lava forest acts as a 'curtain' to hide the Hell Valley, then in this mountain, the sacred beast place located at the very top of the mountain with the mountain acting like stairs leading to it.

This mountain was very much like a stair. They were now at the very bottom of the mountain which was called the rainbow floor.

This place was called the Rainbow floor because the soil down here was indeed colorful and the mist surrounding this place was extremely thin. The spiritual beasts in this level were mostly low ranked spiritual beasts.

In short, the first level was the 'safest' one among the other levels.

There were 4 levels in total at Youdu mountain. The first one was the rainbow floor level, the spiritual beasts were all low ranked and were poisonous including the soil but, the plants weren't.

Then...the second level was the plant spiral staircase.

Li Shi Yings group was heading towards the second level now. That place was called plant spiral staircase because the road was extremely long that winded above one another in the form of a spiral.

Not only that, starting from this level there would be poisonous plants all over the place added with middle-ranked spiritual beasts.

In the first level, the poisonous one was the soil while in the second level it was the plants. Not only that the mist would also get thicker than in the first level.

"So...you mean to say that starting from now the journey would get more and more difficult?" Li Shi Ying frowned in disbelief when she heard Jiu Weis explanation.

According to Jiu Wei, the sacred beast place which kept the powder she wanted was located above the fourth level. It meant that she had to pass through all the levels in this mountain.

This feat would at least take more than a day, right?

"Yes, mistress it would be difficult for sure as we can't even ride flying-type spiritual beasts here. For some mysterious reason they can't fly. You wouldn't find flying-type beasts other than the local flying-type beasts here"

Jiu Wei kept answering Li Shi Ying as they headed towards the second level. The road became even more narrow and the plants around them suddenly turned more colorful than in the first level.

The colorful mist also began to become thicker the more they got closer to the second level.

"Can we get the powder in 24 hours? We have wasted around 2 hours or so already..." Li Shi Ying began to doubt whether she could even get the rainbow miracle powder. No wonder her poison was so difficult to be cured.

To gather all the herbs needed...it was so damn difficult. If she didn't have the assistance of Chen, Jiu Wei, and Di Yu then maybe she too wouldn't be able to gather any herb at all.

"We can, miss, believe in us" Chen patted Li Shi Ying with a soft smile on his face as he gripped the reign of the camouflage horse.

5 minutes later...

Li Shi Ying and her group had arrived at the second level and now at the entrance, there was pink mist welcoming them.

"Jiu Wei...that mist looks weird..." Li Shi Ying gulped as she pointed her finger to the pink mist in front of their group.

"Hmm...from what I heard, the colour of the mist changes every day and every colour represents a certain poison" Jiu Wei scratched his head as he tried to remember all the information he had in his mind.

Hmmm....pink mist...but he never heard of it before. Usually, it would be a white mist that would make us dizzy, black mist which is very deadly, blue mist creates hallucination, yellow mist makes people feel nausea...

But what about pink mist?

"Hhh let's just go in first. I'm sure it would be nothing too dangerous" Chen patted Li Shi Yings head again as he suggested their group to quickly enter the second level.

They didn't have much time to hesitate over that pink mist.

"Right...let's go in first" Li Shi Ying agreed with Chen with a nod of her head and entered the second level along with her group.

Li Shi Ying and her group passed through the think pink mist without trouble and successfully entered the second level.

....hm? Did nothing happen?

Li Shi Ying and her group were quite confused when they didn't feel any effect after passing through the pink mist. That mist should be a poisonous one so why didn't they feel anything?

Well, at first nothing felt wrong but then Li Shi Ying suddenly felt her body temperature raise abnormally. Not only that but she also felt dizzy.
