"M-master, you already have a fianc!" Fen Wn suddenly shouted but Mao Mao immediately refuted.

"I already ask his majesty to annul the engagement!" The young man tightened his grip on Fen Wn's waist. "So this isn't inappropriate, understand?" The young man leaned closer.

"Any other protest?" Mao Mao whispered right next to Fen Wn's ear.

Fen Wn's face instantly flushed red. Her surrounding felt blurry all of sudden and her mind was in a mess.

'What? The engagement is annulled? But they're only engaged for a few hours!'

"M-master, you must be kidding- how...how the hell the engagement"

"No, I'm not kidding. His majesty found that old Tian to be guilty of something." Mao Mao casually put his head on Fen Wn's shoulder. "So I won't be engaged anymore tomorrow."

'But she looked like she likes me' the panda suddenly felt his confidence shattered to pieces.

"N-no, nothing. But master...uh" Fen Wn wriggled. "When will you let me go?" The girl's voice was shaking as she lowered her head trying to hide her embarrassment.

Hugging a young maiden girl like her in broad light was still inappropriate!

"Ah? Well" Mao Mao's eyes shook as the young man paused.

He didn't want to let the girl go.

'But if she dislikes me' Mao Mao eyes darkened.

"No, I don't want to." The young man suddenly spun the girl around so she faced him this time.

"Listen. Listen to me." Mao Mao slowly pushed Fen Wn away but his hands were on her shoulders, refusing to let go.

His eyes looked straight to Fen Wn's eyes. One would see a flash of determination inside.

"Eh- eh" Fen Wn was instantly flustered. Her face turned bright red from her forehead down to her neck.

'W-why Mao Mao looks so serious??'

"Fen Wn" Mao Mao tightened his grip on the girl's shoulder as he took a deep breath.

The wind blew the two's hair making the atmosphere chilled for a second.

Time seemed to stop for both of them as Mao Mao slowly opened his mouth.

"I...love you." The young man's cheek flushed pink. His voice was trembling and his palm was sweating yet he didn't stop. "Do...do you want to be with me?"

Fen Wn almost got a heart attack. Her mind went blank as the 3 words Mao Mao said kept buzzing in her ears.

"....whaaat???" Fen Wn suddenly shrieked as her eyes turned into a whirlpool.

Something exploded in her mind and her brain seemed to be offline.

Fen Wn's legs turned into a jelly and the girl slide down to the ground.

"Fen Wn!" Mao Mao hurriedly caught the girl's waist and brought her closer to his embrace. "Are you okay??" The young man patted Fen Wn's back with a pale face.

His eyelashes trembled and his body shook.

Mao Mao stared at Fen Wn's face blankly trying to see what happened to the girl but the girl just lay there unmoving.

"M-master" Fen Wn suddenly grabbed Mao Mao's arm and weakly whispered. "Y-you...what did you say-"

"I said I love you." Mao Mao interrupted. "So, what's your answer?" The man lifted Fen Wn and made her leaned on him.

He carefully hugged Fen Wn so the girl won't fall twice.

Having her face buried on Mao Mao's chest, Fen Wn could clearly hear the young man's chaotic heartbeat.

'This.' Fen Wn's eyes widened. The girl felt hazy.

Mao Mao...is serious? He really did confess?

"M-master...y-you are serious?" Fen Wn slowly put her hand on Mao Mao's chest. Her hand was trembling as it made its way to the young man's upper chest.

"I'm serious." Mao Mao replied without hesitation. The young man buried his face on the girl's neck and inhaled her scent. "I'm in love with you. I love you so much that-"

"W-wait, wait, m-master-" Fen Wn's face was on fire. Mao Mao's warm breath hit her neck, tickling her.

"So I won't let you go. Even if you don't like me I'll make you like me." Mao Mao inched closer to the girl's neck and suddenly landed his lips on it.
