When she finished her food, she turned to Mo Jing. "We will be going out. If Mr. Lu arrived and we're not here yet, please tell him that I went to my studio."

"As you wish, madam." Mo Jing was respectful to Xia Meiren since she is now Lu Yifeng's wife. "Will you be back before dinner though?"

Xia Meiren turned to Little Melon and gave it a thought, "Hm. Yes, will"

Soon after, Xia Meiren brought Little Melon to her own Piano Studio. Since her concert was coming close, she needs to prepare for it and practice.

The Studio was build by her brother and it just recently opened. There were a lot of parents wanting her to be a piano teacher for their children but she declined them. Little Melon is growing, her only priority right now was him, to give a bright future.

Since she was also a composer, she makes music and write songs for the singers that comes to her, asking for a collaboration with them.

While she was practicing her pieces, her phone lit up as it rang.

Little Melon who was playing with his toys on the floor stood up and took the phone before he walked to his mother. "Momma, call."

Xia Meiren paused and turned to Little Melon, she patted his head before she took the phone from him.

She answered the call, "Hello?"

"Is this, Ms. Xia?" A man's voice was heard from the other line.

"Yes, I am. Who is this?"

"This is Xiong Fan."

She blinked a lot. Xiong Fan was a well-known singer who sings amazing country songs. From how the media pertains him, he is a known to be an easygoing person. Since he called, she can already guess his reason. "Oh, Mr. Xiong, I never expected to get a call from you."

He chuckled. "Really? Well... since I learned that you've arrived in Beijing, I was really excited to make this call. I was hoping if you can help me in making my new album?"

"Oh... that would actually depend on my schedule. You see, I have a couple of concerts to do."

"It's okay, I'm actually planning to release a new album by Spring. There's a few months before it."

"Ah, I see. If that's the case then I don't mind. Since it's an album, it would need a couple of songs in it. Hm... We can start by next month. I will send you the address of my studio and we can work on your album starting next month." She said with a smile.

"Really?! Thank you! I can't wait to work together with you~"

"Mm. Same here." She looked at Little Melon who was staring at her intensely.

"Oh yeah, before I forget, I will be attending your concert next week. Good luck, Ms. Xia."

"Thank you, Mr. Xiong." Xia Meiren wasn't the type to talk a lot with people she's not close with that's why her answers were short and polite.

When the call ended, Little Melon, who was holding a car pointed it to her. "That wasn't dada."

"He's not." She placed her phone aside. "He is mommy's client."

"But he's a man!" He pouted cutely.

Xia Meiren blinked a lot, "Uh... Yes he is?"

"Except for dada and Mello, other men is no no for momma." He huffs before he crossed his arms.

She chuckled softly, finding him adorable although she decided to ignore what he said and instead, she carried him and made him sit beside her before she faced the piano. "Come, lets play together."

"Other men is no no, okay?" Little Melon continued staring up at her.

"Fine, fine, whatever my baby says." She smiled and patted her head.

Thinking that he convinced his mother, Little Melon faced the piano as well. He placed the car he was holding on his lap before he pressed one key then another.

By the time they went out of her studio, a black Rolls-Royce car was waiting outside of the building. Xia Meiren recognized the car in an instant... It was Lu Yifeng's car.

Su Lei went out of the passenger seat before he opened the back door for them.

Inside, she could see Lu Yifeng sitting like a king. She frowned when she saw him. He's already out of the hospital? This man is so reckless! Doesn't he know that those wounds in his body won't heal so easily?

Little Melon went running towards the car, Xia Meiren quickly followed and stopped Little Melon in time. She knows that the little boy was going to jump and give Lu Yifeng a hug.

Little Melon turned to Xia Meiren who was holding his arm. "Momma?"

"It's dangerous to go running around like that." She reasoned out.

Little Melon pouted and looked at his father, it was clearly seen in his eyes that he was yearning for a hug.

"Come." Lu Yifeng's deep voice was heard.
