After doing that, she gathered all her courage and went to sit on his lap.

"Da-Darling..." She hugged him by his neck, "Please don't be mad... I was just kidding around you know."

But seeing no changes in Lu Yifeng expression made Xia Meilin more nervous.

"Darling, darling." She rubbed her cheek against his cheek like a kitten trying to get their owner's attention. "Please forgive me."

She ran her hands on his chest then to his side pockets, trying to find the ring that he took earlier from her. She furrowed her brows when she didn't feel a thing from his pocket.

"Mr. Lu, where is my ring?" She asked as she looked at him with a frown.

Instead of answering, he ignored her. He turned to his laptop to work on some of his business files.

"Lu Yifeng, I'm serious!" Since his arms were restricting her movements, she slapped it away before she got off him. "Where is my ring?"

"You don't need that ring anymore." The iciness in Lu Yifeng's voice made every hair in her body stand. "Tomorrow, we will file a divorce, that's final."

This time, Xia Meilin can really tell that he was being serious. Uh-oh, what should she do to change his mind?

"Yo... You can't file a divorce without my signature!" She took their marriage certificates and torn it to pieces. Without their marriage certificates, they cannot process their divorce form.

She sat down on the floor and crossed her arms. "I will not leave until you give me back my ring!" She stubbornly said while glaring at him.

"Suit yourself." He turned back to his laptop to do his job as he ignored his wife who was under his desk.

Just before Xia Meilin can open her mouth to say something, she was cut off by someone.

"Lu Yifeng, where is she?" Lu Xian Yu barged in his study.

Lu Yifeng raised his head to look at his brother without saying a word.

Xia Meilin blinked a few times when she heard Lu Xian Yu's voice. Why was he here in the middle of the night? What time is it already?

"I have already done what you want so it's your turn to keep your end of the deal." Lu Xian Yu said as he went and sat on the sofa. "Tell me where Li Bingbing is."

"I cannot give you a guarantee if she is still in that place but I can tell you the possible places she can be in if you didn't find her there."

"Then give me a list." Lu Xian Yu smiled. "As long as I have leads, I will be able to find her in no time."

Xia Meilin was right. It was a good thing that she has warned Li Bingbing to transfer. She doesn't hate Lu Xian Yu but because of her brother, Xia Meilin will never allow Lu Xian Yu to take away the woman that Xia Sinian loved.

While she was quietly sitting there, a sudden thought entered her mind as she stared at Lu Yifeng's thighs.

Fine! If he won't give in to her then she'll make him give in! She reached out and unbuckled his pants.

When Lu Yifeng felt movements below him, in surprise, he let go of the pen he was holding, making it fall on the ground. He turned to look down at his wife.

When he did, Xia Meilin leaned and gave him a quick peck on his lips before she pulled away and smiled at him with a light blush on her cheeks. She was looking at him as if she was asking him to forgive her already.

Will he let her go just because of a kiss? No. She has to finish what she started.

Without saying a word, he sat straight and continued on writing the places where Li Bingbing could have possibly gone.

Xia Meilin pouted when she didn't get any reaction from him. She turned to the bulging tent in front of her.

Lu Yifeng was already turned on just because of her touch. Guess she really has to continue her plan to change his mind.

To hide his wife well, he pushed her lightly inside as he leaned over towards his desk. He gave the paper to Lu Xian Yu as he managed to keep his straight face.

"Thanks!" He turned to look at the paper. "I would love to meet my nephew and nieces but since it's already late, I'll visit your family next time."

"Hn."

Lu Xian Yu turned and was about to leave the room when he suddenly remembered something, "Oh, about Yong Biqi and her subordinates..."

Hearing Yong Biqi's name made Xia Meilin stopped from sucking her husband.

Lu Yifeng clenched his fists tight, he badly wanted for Lu Xian Yu to leave so that he can have a moment with his wife!

Glaring at his brother, he asked, "What is it?"

"I have some men in the prison, I'll make sure that they won't have it easy even if they're already locked up. I can't let others bully my sister-in-law who's trying her best to please my beloved brother, right?" He smirked mischievously before he turned and left the room.
