Chapter 51 – Thousand Eyed Devil!

It seemed like the changes starting happening to Lake Cui when the black beetles appeared.

Looking at the clear lake water, he did not even dare to jump down.

What he saw when he looked back, was a strange fish slowly appearing from Lake Cui. Its body was over twenty meters long and its shape was no different from the Fiendish Man Fish;ash gray in color and a terrifying human head. The most terrifying thing about it, was that its entire body was covered in red eyeballs!

Even if they were separated by a hundred meters distance, Wei Xiao Bei was able to see his inverted image reflected by those red eyeballs.

He could feel goosebumps all over his body. The thing that frightened him the most was that when his eyes met with its eyeballs, the feeling of his body being robbed of control once again appeared, making him run for his life.

Without stopping at all, Wei Xiao Bei escaped to the back of the street. When he stepped on the street, a terrifying shreek echoed from behind him.

It was like someone was dying. He suddenly felt that the cold air enveloping his body had completely disappeared.

At this point in time, Wei Xiao Bei turned around to look at the lake.

Eh? The strange fish that had appeared on the lake disappeared without a trace.

Seeing that the danger had disappeared, Wei Xiao Bei’s tensed psyche immediately relaxed. His entire body weakened, unable to even stand straight, and he collapsed to the ground, gasping for oxygen.

Thousand Eyed Devil? Terror Class Creature?

This name truly fitted the image of the huge strange fish. The amount of eyes Wei Xiao Bei had seen on it would probably not be below a thousand.

The monsters that Wei Xiao Bei had met after entering The Dust World were the Thunder Worm, normal Fishmen, Elite Fishmen, Fishmen Guards and the Fiendish Man Fish.

Other than the Thunder Worm, all of these strange creatures were only 1-star creatures. This was something that Wei Xiao Bei knew, he also knew that the strength between these creatures were different. Therefore, he concluded that the Fishmen must have been normal 1 star creatures, while the Elite Fishmen, Fishmen Guard, and the Fiendish Man Fish must have been 1-star Elite Class Creatures.

In that case, the Thunder Worm would have been a normal 2-star creature.

Thinking about it this way, it was easier to understand the difference between his enemies.

Wei Xiao Bei felt that if he put his life on the line, he was able to kill 1-star and 2-star creatures. In the case of the 3-star creature, Thousand Eyed Devil, he felt that he would not even be able to retaliate.
