Chapter 451: Teaming Up

At a certain place in the Underworld.

Three women were currently sitting together, with all three of them watching at a widescreen with their eyes.

All three of these women were peerless beauties, much so that even the residents of the Underworld could not help but be enamored to them.

These three women were Thea, Fang Anwei and Wu Meng.

Because they are not part of the trial, all three of them were brought by the current Yama Successor to a secluded place.

They will be resting in this place until the end of the trial.

It was also at this place that they will be watching the progress of the final trial.

Right now, Thea’s face was red as she averted her eyes on the widescreen, while both Wu Meng and Fang Anwei looked uncomfortable.

“Disgusting…” That was all that Wu Meng could say as she saw the activities shown on the screen.

Since the main characters of the Final Trial were the Underworld Princes and their living followers, what the wide scree showed them were their activities.

The screen was split into six sections, with each section showing the progress of Wang Hao, Jieshu, Huo Huangdi, Bai Huangdi, Veronica, and Fang Lin.

Wu Meng and the other two women could see the war preparations of the Underworld Princes.

They could also see the futile chase by Veronica on the fake Fang Yu, and also the miserable Fang Lin staying on the Great General’s room.

But worst of all, they could also see what Bai Huangdi was doing with Princess Elissa.

The residents of the Underworld were fine seeing this, as they were already dead, and the way they reproduced was different.

But Wu Meng, Thea, and Fang Anwei were all alive, so they were still embarrassed by what they just saw.

“Krgh, I should have not agreed on watching things like this!” Fang Anwei angrily muttered as she let out a tired sigh.

She then looked at both Thea and Wu Meng as she said,

“Instead of watching that piece of s**t, why don’t we just have some fun by talking with each other.”

“Talking with each other?” Thea and Wu Meng gave Fang Anwei incredulous looks, as if they just heard a foreign word. “What do you mean by that?”

“Of course we will just talk with each other!” Fang Anwei replied exasperatedly. “Can’t you even do something as simple as that?”

“Of course we can!” Thea replied. “But what I do not get is why we should 3 talk with each other. What should we gain from it?”

After hearing this question, Fang Anwei just let out a giggle as she said,

“Gain? There is nothing that we can actually gain. I just want all 3 of us to have a girl talk.”

“Girl… Talk?” Wu Meng tilted her head, with confusion apparent on her features.

Wu Meng had very limited contact with girls before, so she had not experienced the ‘girl talk’ that Fang Anwei was talking about.

After hearing what Wu Meng said, both Thea and Fang Anwei looked at her as mischievous smiles appeared on their faces.

Both of them then grabbed Wu Meng as they dragged her away from the widescreen.

“Wu Meng, since you do not know about ‘girl talk’, it will be up to us two to teach it to you.” Thea said as she giggled along with Fang Anwei.

“Do not worry Wu Meng, you will enjoy every moment of it.” Fang Anwei slowly said as they dragged Wu Meng farther away. “In fact, you might even beg for more!”

“……..” Wu Meng just stayed quiet while giving the two a blank stare, as if she was saying,

“Seriously, what is happening here?”

After hearing the sound of the opening door, Fang Lin stood up as he looked at the people that entered the room.

Upon seeing their line-up, Fang Lin could not help but give them a challenging smile.

There are 13 people that entered the room, and leading them was the Great General.

As for the other 12 people, they all wore a suit of armor which clanked everytime they move.

They are all letting out fearsome and murderous auras that can surely scare any opponent that tries to cross them.

With just one look, Fang Lin already knew that these 12 people are the Generals of the Military.

Fang Lin could see that one of these Generals was General Baraboss, which Fang Lin had already acquainted with earlier.

General Baraboss gave Fang Lin a hearty wave as he saw him looking at him.

Fang Lin gave him a nod back as he observed the way that the other Generals looked at him.

To Fang Lin’s amusement, he could see a mixture of emotions from the faces of the other Generals.

He could see doubt, wariness, and even warm looks on their faces.

Most of the warm looks came from the female Generals while the doubtful looks came from the male Generals.

“Well at least my looks still works here…” Fang Lin thought as he heard more footsteps running towards the room.

Fang Lin suddenly had an awkward smile on his face as he realized that these footsteps started right after the moaning sounds had ended.

With that, Fang Lin was already sure who these newcomers are.

“Bang!”

The door once more opened with a bang, and in came the armored Bai Huangdi and the alluring Princess Elissa.

“So, I presume that we can start now?” Bai Huangdi said with no traces of exhaustion on his voice. “Good work Crown Prince. You managed to gather them much faster than I expected…”

“…..” The atmosphere after Bai Huangdi and Princess Elissa turned extremely awkward, which elicited another exhausted sigh from Fang Lin.

The reason for that awkwardness was Princess Elissa’s current appearance.

Her clothes were slightly disheveled, while her red face was still sweaty.

Anyone in their right mind can already realize what happened between Bai Huangdi and Princess Elissa.

The Great General seems to have recognized it too, as his voice cracked when he replied to Bai Huangdi.

“I, I, I thank the Hero for his praise.”

Bai Huangdi purposely ignored the sharp and chiding looks given to him by the other Generals as he imperiously said,

“Let the meeting start now!”

Minutes later, and Fang Lin could not help but let out a loud yawn.

“Yawn…”

“Hey, stop doing that here General Draco!” Princess Elissa said as she chided Fang Lin. “We are in a very important meeting, so you better act respectful!”

“Tsk, you are acting like Bai Huangdi is yours now…” Fang Lin thought sourly as he ignored what Princess Elissa said.

How could Fang Lin not be bored, when all that he can see is Bai Huangdi boasting in the meeting?

10 minutes have already passed by, and all that happened in the meeting were Bai Huangdi telling some weird stories, and the Generals praising him in between.

“That’s awesome Hero!”

“That Massacre Hero will be nothing in front of you Hero!”

“My, my, if you were not taken by the Princess, I would have taken you for myself.”

“…….” Fang Lin suppressed the urge to sigh as he thought that he wanted the stupid meeting to just end.

It was then at that point that the topic of the meeting changed.

“Generals…” Bai Huangdi’s voice suddenly turned solemn as he gazed at the people in front of him. “By this point, you are already sure why I am here, right?”

The Generals nodded their heads, as if they understood what he said.

One of the Generals, who was a black-haired woman, looked at Bai Huangdi as she hesitantly said,

“You… you want us to invade the nearby Demonic Kingdom, right?”

“Exactly.” Bai Huangdi nodded in agreement as he gazed outside of the room.

His armor shook from excitement as he slowly said,

“We will be attacking the Ebony River Demonic Kingdom, which is currently ruled by the Demon King Seigneur!”

“Eh?” Fang Lin was slightly surprised after hearing what Bai Huangdi said, but after a few more seconds of analysis, Fang Lin realized that what Bai Huangdi was trying to do can be actually right.

According to what Crown Prince Christiano told to Fang Lin, the names of the Demonic Kingdoms in the Evil Axis Continent are:

Infernal Demonic Kingdom, which is ruled by the Demon King Ifrit.

Eternal Shadow Demonic Kingdom, which is ruled by the Demon King Nyx.

And finally, the Ebony River Demonic Kingdom, which is ruled by Demon King Seigneur.

With Fang Lin’s deductive methods, he was sure that Demon King Ifrit was Huo Huangdi, while Demon King Nyx was Jieshu.

As for Demon King Seigneur, it was obviously Wang Hao.

And now, Bai Hungdi just declared that he will attack the Ebony River Demonic Kingdom, which was being ruled by Wang Hao!

“Are you… really sure about this, Hero?” The one who immediately raised doubt about the attack was the Great General.

He was still wearing a mask, but it was quite obvious that he was giving a worried look to Bai Huangdi.

‘Hero, I know that you are strong, but that does not mean that we can just do any rash actions now.”

Bai Huangdi only waved his hands dismissively as he said,

“Crown Prince, do not worry about my safety. I have made some plans that will help pave the path to our victory.”

“Besides,” Bai Huangdi leaned back on hic chair as he gave the Generals a challenging look. “I am sure that those 3 Demonic Kingdoms will be busy waging wars on each other right now, as this is their only chance to unify the Evil Axis Continent before us Heroes mess them up.”

Bai Huangdi then leaned forward excitedly as he said,

“With them being that busy, it will be our chance to launch an offensive! As long as we do it right, the army of the Ebony River Demonic Kingdom will be easily routed by us!”

Some of the Generals nodded their heads after hearing what Bai Huangdi said.

Even the Great General started to look convinced, as he did not say any more complaints.

As for Fang Lin, he could not help but smile as he realized that this was his chance now!

“Hero!” Fang Lin raised his hands as he tried to get Bai Huangdi’s attention. “I think I have good suggestion that will help us beat the Ebony River Demonic Kingdom .”

“Oh, you are the new General right?” Bai Huangdi replied condescendingly. “You said you have a suggestion, right? Why don’t you tell that to us now? I want to know if that suggestion of yours will be really helpful.”

“Ok…” After receiving Bai Huangdi’s permission, Fang Lin took a deep breath, which he let out as he said,

“I suggest that we should team up with the Massacre Hero and the Hero of the Golden River Kingdom! That way, we can easily kill the Demon King Seigneur!”
