Even while those two people’s comments section got turned upside down, Qiao Moyu’s day passed by very smoothly.

Ye Peicheng did not get stressed in the face of so many questions. Instead, he pulled out his phone and sent a text to Qiao Moyu.

He tilted the screen at a sharp angle, preventing any reporters from getting a shot of his screen. His fingers nimbly typed out a line of words: “Little Moyu, wait for me at the first after the right turn, obedient.”

After sending the message, Ye Peicheng kept the phone in his hand and let out a “My apologies” and finally responded with: “My father will host an official press conference for all your questions later.”

The reporters were stunned. So, Ye Peicheng had drawn their attention with a piece of news, and, in the end, didn’t reveal anything about it?

Some people saw that Qiao Moyu had long gone, not even her shadow could be seen. They finally reacted: “Mr. Ye, were you clearing the way for Qiao Moyu just now?”

The group of reporters caught onto the scent of gossip.

Ye Peicheng lightly replied: “What do you guys think?”

After saying that, he displayed a mysterious smile and entered his car under the escorting of his assistant.

After his car disappeared into the dis, the reporters finally reacted: “It seems like we have another big headline now!”

An assistant immediately put forth an idea: “The headline will be: Film Emperor Ye Sacrifices Himself For a Beauty For the First Time, Redirecting Line of Fire!”

While the reporters were excitedly thinking about the possible articles they could publish, Ye Peicheng’s car arrived at the spot they had previously designated.

His eyes swept over the area and spied Qiao Moyu hiding behind the electric pole.

She was probably afraid that she would be recognized by passerby. Her hair was down and she was wearing a hat, only revealing part of her face. She glanced around with her big eyes, looking around everywhere, and didn’t seem to recognize his car.

Ye Peicheng had the driver stop in front of Qiao Moyu. He rolled down the window: “Get on.”

Her eyes lit up and she happily skipped over the back row, pulling open the door.

Ye Peicheng was also sitting in the back. He waited until Qiao Moyu got into the car and then directly lowered the divider in the front.
