Qi Yuyang was also displeased, “You haven’t even called me ‘fourth brother’ yet!”

Qiao Qing sighed in relief and her gaze landed on Qi Yunyan’s legs.

Qi Yunyan noticed her stare and his eyes dimmed, “My legs don’t work well. Despite this, I can still do a lot for Qingqing. Can you not dislike me because of it?”

Qiao Qing didn’t speak. She extended her hands and applied pressure on his knees. As she did so, she fell deep in thought.

Qi Yunyan was confused, “Qingqing, you have some medical knowledge?”

Before Qiao Qing could speak, Mu Jinghang had already nodded, “She does. Every time my third brother gets hurt, Qiao Qing would tend his wounds. Plus, she reads medical books all day long.”

Qi Yunyan heard the first half of Mu Jinghang’s statement and narrowed his eyes.

Then, he watched as Qiao Qing concentrated on checking out his legs. He felt a little mad at himself, “I have asked all the doctors domestically, and internationally, to treat my legs. They all said it’s useless and there is no treatment. Qingqing, no need to waste energy on me.”

Qiao Qing didn’t acknowledge him. She squeezed his legs all over and then said calmly, “Take off your pants.”

Qi Yunyan, “...”

Jun Yexuan, “...”

Others, “...”

Jun Yexuan could no longer endure this, “Qingqing, can’t you just look over his legs like this?”

“I said,” Qiao Qing remained calm and natural, “Take off your pants.”

After 10 minutes, all those uninvolved in this matter were asked to leave.

Qi Yunyan’s sensitive area was covered by a blanket while his two long legs were bared outside to be examined by Qiao Qing. His normally waxy and pale face was showing a splash of color today.

After she observed the discoloration on Qi Yunyan’s legs and their physical condition, she squeezed different spots a little more. Finally, her eyes brightened a little, “There’s a cure.”

Qi Yusen and Qi Yuyang were happy to hear that. Qi Yunyan himself, on the other hand, had forgotten to be embarrassed and shouted out in disbelief, “Qingqing, are you lying to your brother?!”

Qiao Qing stopped applying pressure and straightened up, “You’re paralyzed due to your nervous system. The muscles in your legs are alive and well. The doctors you’ve met with before have taken the wrong direction. If you trust me enough, I’ll treat you.”

Qi Yusen said, “Even if there is just a sliver of hope, we’d need to try.”

Qi Yunyan was surprised for a long time. Finally, he suppressed his excitement, “I trust you, Qingqing. But Qingqing, don’t be too stressed. After all, treatment has failed many times. I don’t have much hope about being able to stand up again.”

Qiao Qing didn’t even try to comfort him. She stood up, “I’m going to prescribe you something.”

When she returned to her room at 10 pm, she found herself wrapped in someone’s arms.

Jun Yexuan’s tone was as sour as it could be, “Another one came! How little time do you have left for me?”

Qiao Qing had no words of comfort. She raised her hand and patted his shoulder.

Jun Yexuan rubbed his chin against her shoulder, “When do you plan on marrying me?”

After they get married, she would be able to live with him. When that happens, there would be no need for him to try and steal her attention from the bunch of brothers-in-law.
