Chapter 278: Young Master Qi’s Face Turned Dark

Queries, doubts, and curses blanketed the entire place.

These three’s ears were being bent by the cursing and their bodies were distorted from the people crowding them.

Qiao Qing listened to the clamorous discussions and frowned.

A wave of energy swam towards her palms. She was about to act out when she felt pressure on her shoulders. The next thing she knew, she was pulled into a cold but familiar embrace.

The moment Qiao Qing raised her head, she met the shimmering gaze of a man. She couldn’t help but feel a little surprised.

As she blanked out, the crowd separated her from Luo Chen and Lin Xiyan.

Jun Yexuan chuckled. Through the face mask, his voice was even more magnetic and mysterious, “Qingqing, you can stare at me whenever you want. You don’t need to do it right at this moment.”

Qiao Qing’s face turned dark. She snapped her head around to look for the other two but Jun Yexuan forced it back around, “Don’t worry. They won’t get lost.”

A bunch of bodyguards paved a path through the crowd as Jun Yexuan hugged onto Qiao Qing and marched toward.

Lin Xiyan was separated from Qiao Qing and fell into panic.

Before she could scream out loud, she felt a tight squeeze by her waist as she too was pulled into a hug.

Qi Rui’s chest protected her back. With one arm wrapped around her waist, he used his other arm to push the others away as they walked.

Though he was only a young man, he seemed to have an infinite amount of strength.

Lin Xiyan watched Qi Yui’s chin and neck in a daze. Then she murmured, “Shouldn’t you be at military training?”

“I skipped it,” Rui Qi answered simply.

Lin Xiyan’s blood rushed. When she looked down at the strong arm that was holding onto her, the emotion in her eyes turned complex.

Qi Yusen wore a face mask and sunglasses and merged right in with the crowd.

He was here to get Qiao Qing out, but now that Jun Yexuan’s got her, he planned on leaving as well.

Who knew that just as he turned around, he felt his wrist being squeezed so tightly as if an octopus’ got him.

Qi Yusen looked down and saw his now stained clothes and smelled the rotten egg coming off of Luo Chen’s body. His face turned dark.

Luo Chen was also a little startled. He smiled awkwardly, “S... Sorry.”

Qi Yusen’s forehead bulged out. In the end, he lifted Luo Chen by the collar.

He maintained an arm’s length distance from him and dragged him forward.

Once they were out of the crowd, Luo Chen loosened his collar and rolled his eyes, “Ehem, ehem, young master Qi... you... ehem... you choked me!”

Qi Yusen lets go. Then, without any warning, Luo Chen was thrown into the ground and was forced to be intimate with the pavement.

Qi Yusen didn’t even look at him. He immediately got into the Bugatti parked on the side.
