Chapter 136: We Have Placed all Our Hope on You

Qiao Nian wiped the sweat off of her forehead. Then, before everyone’s disappointed look, she returned back to her seat without the courage to look at anyone.

All the students in the City of Brisk also felt awkward due to this. If it weren’t for their clapping and cheering just now, maybe this wouldn’t have been embarrassing.

“Though Niannian lost, she was up there for 20 minutes. She did far better than everyone else who challenged them.”

Then, she gave Qiao Qing a look and pointed at everyone, “Not like some people here who don’t even know Go and don’t dare to go up... As her friend, you have the guts to laugh at Niannian?”

Luo Chen cursed, “Who are you accusing? Did Qingqing ever do anything to you? Why do you target her with everything?”

Someone grabbed onto him and shoved him forward, “We have placed all our hope on you. You have to defeat those three people and help us win one!”
