“Where are we headed?” Ye Qian asked when they were in the car.

“Well since you agreed to be my bodyguard, I’ll just pay you now, and take it out of your wages later.” She replied. “How can a man not have a nice suit. When people see me they might think I’m mistreating my staff.”

“Won’t other people think I’m your little white face gigolo?” Ye Qian said.

“You? You look like a lump of coal, how could people think you’re a little white face gigolo?” Qin Yue replied cuttingly.

Ye Qian was a little dejected. His skin was slightly dark, but it was a manly look, like bronze. How could he be compared to coal? This was an attack. Ye Qian chuckled and quickly followed. When he saw Qin Yue’s stern face, he was a little cowed and swallowed the teasing words he was about to say. At this moment, it would be wise not to provoke this lady too much. When he thought about how he saw at close range Qin Yue’s white face and long lashes and sparkling eyes, he couldn’t help feeling waves go through his brain.
