Chapter 129: Real Century Soup

"Is it okay for me to join too?" Zongeh asked while gulping his saliva.

"Don't worry," Haru looked at Komatsu, "After all, Komatsu will be able to cook Century Soup, right?" He smiled while looking at him.

"Y - yes!!!" Komatsu couldn't help but blurt. He felt that his pressure had become several times heavier.

"Me too?" Setsuno asked.

"Of course, I owe you my life, I hope this Century Soup will be enough," Haru said.

"Hahaha, you're a really gentle boy," Setsuno said while caressing his head. She looked at her grandson and sighed, "Alright, I will prepare it for everyone." She looked at a lot of big greedy pigs, "Don't touch it first, let him do the honor."

"Alright, Haru, please, you're the one who catches the big fist, please do us an honor," Toriko said with a smile.

Setsuno prepared a plate to serve the Century Soup for everyone.

Century Soup is a soup cooked with hundreds or even thousands of ingredients. The "original" Century Soup was produced naturally when the Gourmet Show Window ice melted. The taste of the soup can also be reproduced with different ingredients boiled down so that the harsh taste is removed and only an extremely transparent liquid remains. Haru nodded, "He has something special since he is the partner of the protagonist in this world."

Tsunade looked at him and nodded, "Alright, I believe you."

"Haru, can you start? I'm very hungry right now," Teppei said while holding his stomach.

"Yeah, Haru, let's start," Luffy was drooling really hard.

Haru looked at everyone and nodded, "Alright, let's eat." He scooped the soup with his spoon and drank it slowly.

Everyone also followed him and drank the soup at the same time.

They didn't move for a second until their expression suddenly became weird. They had a dopey grin of extreme happiness and drools excessively.

"Dammit, I hate this expression," Tsunade hurriedly closed her face with one of her hands while drinking the soup with her other hand.

Other than her, everyone didn't care about their expression, they enjoyed this Century Soup together.

Haru felt that his body was very happy and his body was filled with nutrition that woke up his entire cell to work together nourishing his entire body that was wounded after a battle.

They continued to eat while having this dopey grin.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"

"Is Alfaro dead?"

The news left entire members stunned in disbelief.

"That is impossible! There is no way that he will die!"

"His strength is very powerful! He can even enter the Gourmet World!

"That's not important! The important thing is who has killed him? Also, we have failed to gather a Century Soup for a boss!

They were silent and didn't dare to say anything again. They were looking at their boss who was sitting on the throne without saying anything.

Starjun is a tall pale-skinned man slightly taller than Toriko, with long black hair. Starjun normally wears an imposing metal helmet which conceals his true face. He dresses in a manner similar to a black knight in formal attire, wearing a large black cloak with numerous crescent-shaped buttons and a black cape, along with a formal black top and trousers complete with a white sash tied around his waist and a white napkin stuffed in his collar, and on his feet he wears black armored boots.

Starjun told his boss that they didn't see any wounds outside his body, only Alfaro's brain was in a mess and completely destroyed.

Haru, who fainted before, couldn't maintain his zipper and the zipper on Alfaro's head, closed automatically and didn't leave any trace.

Starjun only found out the results after a doctor at the organization dissected his body earlier.

"Hmmm."

"Is this okay, boss? You need a Century Soup, right?" Starjun asked worriedly.

"Don't worry."

Starjun wanted to say something again but stopped. He sighed and said, "I will gather another ingredient."

His boss didn't say anything and looked toward the ceiling of his room.

Haru closed his eyes and tried to control his new power. He didn't need to open his eyes right now to see everyone since he could feel it. When he opened his eyes, he saw a blurry image of them. He felt that he could predict their movement a second faster, 'Is this the future?' He felt that it was similar to the description of observation haki.

'Maybe that deadly battle awakens my observation haki?' Haru needed to check whether it was right or not.

"Haru, why do you close your eyes? Is there something wrong with your eyes?" Luffy asked curiously.

"Nothing, I'm training on something," Haru said and tried to stop seeing this blurry after image when he opened his eyes.
