Wu Cailan was caught off guard. She was obviously not expecting this from Ye Tianxin. “You…you dare to hit me?”

Ye Tianxin shrugged. Yes, she dared. What Wu Cailan would do about it?

Wu Cailan immediately wanted to retaliate. However, Ye Tianxin stretched out her hand and slapped Wu Cailan once more.

“I not only dare to hit you. I also dare to hit you twice.”

Wu Cailan was completely shocked. She pointed a finger at Ye Tianxin while another hand held her cheek. She was too angry that she could not muster the right words to insult Ye Tianxin.

Ye Tianxin smirked as she flung Wu Cailan’s hand away. She rubbed her face gently.

“Madam Wu, you should have thought things through carefully before you came to look for me, accused me, and hit me. What exactly have you done to make your son leave home without saying anything? You are wrong, and yet, you pin all of this on me. Do you think your husband will tolerate this?”

Wu Cailan did not understand men.
