Anya’s family and relatives arrived in the capital three days ago.

At around three in the morning, Lu Jingye woke up. He originally wanted Zi Yi to sleep longer, but she also woke up when he moved.

“There’s no rush,” Lu Jingye said, “Other than Grandfather and Yue’er who will be arriving later, everyone from your maternal side has arrived to help. Third Uncle’s Family, my subordinates, and Yunxiao’s subordinates are also here. There is enough manpower right now.”

Zi Yi nodded her head, but her hands did not stop moving. After she got dressed and finished washing up, she asked Lu Jingye, “Should we leave the babies here to sleep or carry them to the nursery?”

The two babies were sleeping soundly right now. Lu Jingye thought for a moment and said, “Let them sleep here. There’s our scent on the bed and they’ll sleep even more soundly.”

Dou Yurui answered, “We were talking about whether we should ask Yiyi to design the wedding venue when you and my sister get married.”

Dou Xiangling was a little shy and so, she nudged Dou Yurui’s arm. “Second Sis, what nonsense are you talking about?”

Ian looked at Dou Xiangling and revealed a gentle smile. “As long as Xiangling fancies it, I won’t have a problem with anything.”

Zi Yi purposely said, “The design fees to hire me are very expensive.”

Ian did not care in the slightest. “In any case, such an event only happens once in a lifetime. As long as my bride is happy, it doesn’t matter how expensive the wedding will be.”

Dou Yurui was jealous to hear that. “Sure enough, the most important thing to do is to find a rich husband.”

Secretary Shao, who just so happened to walk past, overheard Dou Yurui’s comment. He came over, pushed his glasses up on his nose bridge, and answered calmly, “You can also find a rich husband.”
