When Zi Yi got up to wash up, Lu Jingye told her about the invitation.

“Many people called in the morning to ask about the invitation.”

Zi Yi was squeezing the toothpaste when she heard that. She scoffed and said, “They couldn’t open the invitation?”

“That’s not it,” Lu Jingye said with a smile. “Many people were shocked by your creative invitation.”

The invitation Zi Yi sent out was a file. No matter what phone the receiver used, they would be able to open the file as long as they were connected to the internet.

After opening the file, a beautiful festive image would appear in front of them together with a realistic-looking invitation in the middle. With a tap of their finger, they can open the invitation content. At the end of the invitation, it wrote that the guests had to bring their phones when they arrived to attend the wedding.

“Someone asked what would happen if their phones ran out of battery or if they forgot to bring their phone?”

Dou Zerui stopped talking.

The three ladies standing beside them laughed out loud without holding back.

Dou Yurui said to Dou Zerui, “Second Brother, why do you always ask for an insult?”

Dou Zerui snorted in anger and turned to leave. “Hmph! I shall not lower myself and argue with kids.”

Dou Xiangling and the rest stepped forward and surrounded Zi Yi.

Dou Yurui asked with a smile, “Yiyi, you were the one who sent us the invitation, right?”

“Yea.”

“I was stunned when I opened it. Your electronic invitation was projected right in front of me. Moreover, it looked so pretty. That’s so advanced. How did you manage to do it?”

“This is actually very easy to do.”

Zi Yi gave her a short explanation and Dou Yurui was in a daze due to the information overload.

Elder Dou stroked her head and said with a smile. “You’ve been gone for a month, are you finally able to spend more time at home now?”

Dou Jingning was also in the base and so, the First Madam asked, “Little Zi, does your Eldest Uncle and the rest require training for a few months too?”

“Yes. But Eldest Uncle and them are technicians, so their training would be different from the rest. It’ll be considerably easier.”

The First Madam said with a smile, “That’s great. I’m worried that your Eldest Uncle is so old and that he won’t be able to catch up to the younglings in terms of training.”

“Eldest Aunt, you shouldn’t look down on Eldest Uncle. He’s still very young!”

“Haha, you’re right.”

Everyone could not help but laugh.

Zi Yi then told them about the situation in the base.
