Chapter 142: Surprise Visit Part One

With things settled on Claine's side, Kana said her goodbyes before letting Dean William talk to Claine. The only reason she did not bring Kiliffia to the doctor was because she wanted Claine to see what had happened. She quickly rushed to the doctor's office. Dean William had already woke up the female doctor, and she was already waiting for Kana to arrive. Kiliffia was quickly taken in, and when the doctor saw the state Kiliffia was in, she had tears well up in her eyes. "Who would be so merciless!? So Many of her bones are shattered! Even her skull has a few cracks in it. Who the hell did this? I want to beat them!"

"You can't." Kana replied.

"I know I can't, but I still want to hit them." The female doctor felt very aggrieved for Kiliffia.

"No, you misunderstood. I already turned them to ash." Kana lightly explained, as if what she had just said was not violent at all. She reached down and stroked the top of Kiliffia's head with her hand.

The female doctor was startled by Kana's words, but after thinking about it, she also felt this was for the best. She went to work doing her best to heal all of Kiliffia's wounds. So go to your classes and come back tomorrow." Doctor Gale shooed Kana away before turning around and looking at Kiliffia. She rolled up her sleeves and went right to work. "Hmmm…. So she has this kind of side of her too..." Yuthia was quite surprised seeing how decisive Kana was. She had cut the horse girl's head off without even a second thought. "Good idea!" Yuthia said, clapping her hands. She then waved it gently in the air sending out a bit of her power.

"Wait, Yuthia! If you do that without checking,...." Sei wanted to stop her, but it was already too late.

Currently standing in front of Kana in the full nude was her handsome husband, Creige. Kana was getting a very big eyeful of candy. Her ears and cheeks were bright red as she stared at Creige. But she did not advert her eyes at all as she took in the scene in front of her. Creige, who seemed to be very confused. Creige finally looked at Kana, who was staring at him, and smiled warmly: "Kana!"

"Creige.." Kana said softly as she walked over to him and hugged him. She buried her face into his muscular chest and breathed deeply as she took in his scent.

Creige could feel that Kana was upset through their soul link. He hugged her tightly as he asked: "What happened."

"My friend Kiliffia was hurt today because of me. She was hurt very badly. Although I already took revenge on those people, I still feel like it was all my fault. If I had been by her side, maybe she would not have been hurt. My own actions had caused my friend to suffer serious injuries..." Kana said as her voice choked. Tears began to well up in her eyes as she hugged Creige tighter.

Creige's heart felt a stab of pain. He could tell Kana was crying in his arms. He scooped her up into his arms and sat on the bed.
