Not long after, Lu Ningwen opened the door. As soon as he opened the door, Song Yanru raised the ax and aimed it at Lu Ningwen’s head. Ningwen was caught off guard, and Song Yanru slashed at him.

Fang Yu didn’t see the fight in the room after that. Not long after, Ningwen ran out of the room covered in blood. The Song woman chased him wildly with the ax in her hand.

It took Fang Yu a while to crawl into their room, which was already in chaos. At that time, he was very worried about Lu Ningwen and wanted to crawl out, but not long after, he heard very strange movements headed in his direction. He felt very uneasy and subconsciously crawled into the closet.

Then, he saw the most terrifying thing in his life which completely upended his worldview. He clearly saw a monster with a mangled upper torso. Moreover, the monster was covered in squirming bugs and had a pair of bright red eyes.

Not only did that thing enter his room, it seemed it knew where he was hiding. It stared fixedly at him through the crack in the closet door.

A chill ran down Fang Yu’s spine and he almost went crazy. Fortunately, that thing left the room not long after.

Fang Yu was certain that the monster had definitely discovered him. Those red eyes had looked at him like he was prey waiting to be slaughtered, but the monster hadn’t killed him right away.

When Fang Yu mentioned the monster, Qi Hao couldn’t help but think of what had happened before, and his body stiffened a little. Chi Shuyan didn’t react much. She suddenly said, “What clues did you and Lu Ningwen draw?”
