Elizabeth knew he wanted more information.

Arthur fell silent for a moment. “Anything else?”

Elizabeth hesitated. “She seems to be a bit cold. After all, it’s the bottom-most level of the dungeon. The extreme humidity and cold is very harsh on humans.

Elizabeth immediately flattered, “The dungeon environment is unsuitable for humans to live in. Moore, wrapped in bandages, walked up to Arthur with a gentle smile. He familiarly picked up a new glass and poured himself some wine.

“Why are you in such a bad mood? Who offended you?”

Arthur cast him a placid glance. “Still not dead.”

It was a tone of unspoken regret1.

Moore’s smile deepened. He lowered his head and approached him.

“Why, where’s your blood slave? Where’s that beautiful cutie with the heavenly sweet flavor who showed up in the rebel army?”

Arthur lifted his head, his cold red eyes reflecting Moore’s sinister visage.

“I heard you locked her up. Are you suspecting she’s a spy for the rebel army? Instead of dirtying your hands, why not hand her over to me? I’m an expert in extorting confessions through torture.”

Arthur was expressionless. His voice lowered. “Do you know why I wanted to see you?”

Moore smiled softly. “Because I’m your best friend ah.”

Arthur raised his head and suddenly lifted his hand. A scarlet magic circle flickered to life.

Moore’s expression changed drastically. With this much force, he would truly be crippled.

Although Blood Kin could regenerate, if Arthur hit him with his magical power, there’ll completely be no possibility of recovery.
