Miss Yu brought them to a very small pool. It was surrounded with plants, and on one side of the pool, there was a mountain well and water was flowing out of the hole, supplying the pool with fresh water.

“In there.” Miss Yu pointed at the water. “But there’s a beast inside who is about to break through to the freezing spirit phrase, so we did not dare to venture inside.”

“Brother Jiang, what do you think?” Qin Jun looked over towards Jiang Yuan.

“We will take care of the beast, you guys can go down.” Jiang Yuan replied without the slightest hesitation.

Qin Jun nodded in agreement. That’s just what he thought as well. ~According to our ability, Jiang Yuan’s team is stronger than mine, and the Ji siblings are rare elites too.~

“Let’s start then.”

“I’ll go first.” Yan wugui stepped forward and pulled out his knife. He lowered his body and slashed the knife down.

The pearly white knife light shone and disappeared in the water.

However, there was no activity.

Qin Jun waited for awhile. Just as he was about to say something, the pool started bubbling and an explosion could be heard as water shot up to the sky.

Along with the water that was being splashed up, a dark figure shot out of the water.

“Fucking get lost!” Yan Wugui shouted and jumped up towards the black figure, attacking it.

“Prince Jiang, you will be okay alone, right?” Lu Mingshu looked over at Jiang Yuan.

“Go ahead.” Jiang Yuan nodded.

After receiving her permission, Lu Ming leaped up and slashed her sword downwards, joining the fight.

The beast was completely black, and had short limbs. It’s tail was extremely large and was now swimming in the waters.

When Yan Wugui and Lu Mingshu were going up against the beast, Qin Jun looked over at his servant and he dived down into the waters.

Qin Jun and Jiang Yuan stared at the water without even blinking.

They could see the water ripples, and their heart skipped a beat.

~Miss Yu was right. The ripples are so big, it’s not a surprise that it’s a King grade crystal.~

Suddenly, you could hear the wind howl.

Jiang Yuan immediately formed an ice shield bur with a “piang”, it was broken almost immediately.

Jiang Yuan jumped backwards, the shattered ice shield had turned into icicles, floating around her.

Qin Jun was attacked simultaneously.

He narrowed his eyes and his seal lit up. The sword that he was carrying turned into a ray of light and shot out.

If any outsider saw this, they would think that the four princes had fallen out and were now fighting each other. ~it would surely be the biggest gossip in the world.~

Qin Jun and Jiang Yuan were being held down, and the Chu brothers, together with gentleman Feng were now going towards Yan Wugui and Lu Mingshu!

The beast was almost in the freezing spirit phase. Maybe that’s the reason why it was guarding the king grade crystal. Its strength made it hard for purity soul phase fighters to deal with, and yet two of them were holding it back now!

Yan Wugui looked over at Lu Mingshu and mouthed. “The Mystic dewdrop. Pass it to me.”

Without the slightest hesitation, Lu Mingshu jumped out and landed in front of Chu Zhengyan’s junior brother and gentleman Feng.

Oh no! The junior brother looked up in shock. He immediately brought out his soul energy but in no time, he saw a sword light fly pass, and his soul energy was wiped out totally.

Gentleman Feng’s weapon was a long whip. He whipped down thinking that since Lu Mingshu was busy trying to withdraw and Chu Zhengyan’s junior brother was going to block her, he would be able to take her down and defeat her.

But what he least expected would be that Lu Mingshu could react so fast, after taking down Chu zhengyan’s younger brother’s soul energy, she flew over towards him.

He heard a crackle and rattling sounds near his ear, and in no time, he was sent flying backwards.

Just at this time, a violent shaking could be felt and a light shot out of the waters, flying high into the sky.

The king crystal!

Qin Jun’s servant emerged from the water with a huge crystal.

The four princes who were fighting on the shore changed their targets at the same time and ran towards the servant.

At this point in time, none of them cared about their alliance anymore. Because whoever got it, would take first place for sure.

Seeing the situation, Yan Wugui bent down and crawled in between the four princes.

After Lu Mingshu had retreated, Chu Zhengyan’s junior brother and gentleman Feng saw their chance and wanted to counter-attack. However, Yan Wugui suddenly changed his mind to sneak amongst the princes and with Lu Mingshu chasing after them, they had no choice but to go after Yan Wugui.

So now, with the other four irrelevant people, four princes and Qin Jun’s servant who was stuck in the middle with the king crystal in hand. The already small area that wasn’t even that big had become even more filled.

What a mess!

Among the nine, half of them felt like crying. Chu Zhengyan’s golden disk, Jiang Yuan’s icicle and the floating cloud gentleman’s wind blade required a lot of space. ~How do we even fight if we don’t have enough space to use our weapons?~

But unfortunately, the water beast has caught up to them.

The small pool was in a mess now.

There were so many things going on, that they didn’t even know who their attack was going towards.

Seeing this, Qin Jun’s servant went back into the water again.

Before long, he felt a strong suction. He turned back and all he could see was the beast’s gaping mouth.

In a panic, Qin Jun servant reached out for his sword causing the king crystal to slip out of his hand.

“Be careful!”

Suddenly, all of them raced for the crystal.

And this made the water beast go crazy. ~How long have I been guarding this crystal and you insect-like humans expect to steal it from me today?~ It opened its mouth and flung its tail towards them.

How powerful was a beast who was about to breakthrough? Furthermore, the pool was so small and half of it was encircled by the bamboo woods, resulting in it being equivalent to an enclosed space.

Under numerous random attacks, the ones with lower cultivation were pushed out, either to the mountain wall or the bamboo trees.

While Lu Mingshu was being chased by the beast, she jumped into the waters to find the crystal that had fallen back in.

The crystal was shiny, and bright underwater, Lu Mingshu could immediately see it.

When her sword light coiled around the crystal, a strong force suddenly shot towards Lu Mingshu and collided with ehr sword light.

The force was so strong that Lu Mingshu felt her hands go numb, and she had to move backwards a few feet.

And this made her panic.

This situation was a mess she created, to enable herself to have more space to maneuver and snatch the crystal successfully. Everything went as planned and no one who should be able to counter-attack

She suddenly remembered someone.
