Chapter 335: Brand new style

On the other hand, Qin Jun’s eyes brightened at the scene in front of him.

He was very near the battle, thus he could better understand how nerve wrecking the battle was compared to the other spectators. And indeed, if they were a few seconds late, they would have become minced meat.

Looking at the beast chasing her, Jiang Yuan felt both at ease but angry.

I made the right choice in trusting her. Miss Ji is trustable. This should be something that she was happy about, but on the other hand, she did not feel happy as there was someone better than her.

Jiang Yuan’s change in emotion didn’t escape Lu Mingshu’s eyes, as they were both girls afterall. In fact, it would have been easier for her if she had not gotten Jiang Yuan or Yan Wugui’s help. However, she chose to do that to gain Jiang Yuan’s trust. So if Lu Mingshu were to command, it would bring about negative impacts if Jiang Yuan were to act on her own. Thus, this trust was necessary.

The result was obviously good. And now Jiang Yan believed in her strength.

Lu Mingsu heaved a sigh of relief and set her heart down to focus on the battle according to the circumstances, and at a lightning speed she quickly changed the data and inserted a new one into her brain.

Lu Mingsu activated the defence of the boat, and moved forward against the water arrows.

“Listen up!” she gave her first command, “Attack the left!”

The one at the left was Yan Wugui. As soon as lu Mingshu finished her words, a sword light flew out, splitting the huge waves into half.

“Whoosh—” and blood splattered all over the place.

” Plop!” a water beast jumped out of the water but was headless in no time.

Lu Mingsu said again: “Move two steps towards forward from the right and attack!’

Jiang Yuan followed the command carefully. She waved her sleeves and countless icicles appeared in mid air.

If she didn’t move two steps forward, then she would have been surrounded by two beasts. But now that she did, she could move and attack with ease and get rid of the two beasts in no time.

And the timing was perfect.

Not far away, Chu zhengyan was jumping up and down excitedly “Look, their method is so new and weird, but so strong and cool!” He squealed and grabbed onto his junior brother.

His junior brother hummed and escaped his grasp and sighed. “Nothing new, weird or strong. Just great observation skills.”

“But not everyone can do it! We can’t, can we?!”

“Mhm.”

Chu Zhengyan looked around, and went over to the floating cloud gentleman excitedly. “Brother Yun, what do you think?”

Seeing Chu Zhengyan so excited, what else could he say? He nodded and smiled thinly. “Yeah it’s good.”

“Miss Ji is so good! She is from the Ji family of Bell’s Forest right? What do they do?!”

” The Bell’s Forest is a small isolated state. They only have three known aristocratic families. The Ji family is one of them. And previously I heard that the Ji family was dead set on sending their disciples over for the debate but none of them were good enough to qualify.” His junior brother didn’t even spare him a glance and answered monotonously.

Chu Zhengyan knows well that his junior brother has extraordinary memory, and he memorised detailed information of all the aristocratic families which were participating in the debate by heart. That means none of the Ji have ever made it to the second round of the debate.

“Interesting, huh?” He smirked. “Bell Forest’s Ji family. Good material to do research on.”

Chu Zhengyan was all hyped up, while on the other hand, Qin Jun was in deep shock.

He was very close to the battle, so he could see and feel the coordination between the trio more clearly. How precise they were would determine the result, yet the trio was able to perform the attacks well and made the coordination seem like easy work.

With a freezing spirit king of beasts and the many water beasts going after them, how were they able to pass it so easily?

Qin Jun’s younger brother was dumbfounded too. He was confused by the things that occured at such a fast speed. Yet the trio on the boat seemed to be standing straight and firm despite the vigorous movements of their boat.

Qin jun’s younger brother’s ability is not as good, and his eyesight isn’t that good either. He couldn’t tell how they did it, but he knows that they escaped easily.

“Older brother, why have those water beasts become so weak?”

But how would Qin Jun have time for him? He was so caught up with the battle that he was tempted to have first hand experience of this. Thay was amazing!

The water beasts dropped dead one by one, coloring the lake red. The stench of blood was so strong that it provoked the king of beasts.

It had high cultivation, so it was intelligent. The water beasts that the trio killed were it’s descendants. How could he not be angry when his descendants were massacred right in front of him?

“Ahhhh—-” it roared, and the king of beasts jumped up.

Prince Chu jumped out of his skin seeing that. “the…..king of beasts got angry? They are doomed!”

When the king of beasts got mad, its power was shown!

Qin Jun also had this thought, he did not have time to think, shouted: “Hurry! Attack from here!”

“Older brother!” The Qin’s family gentleman was shocked.

The Qin’s family servant looked back in shock too : “Sir?”

“Attack!” Qin Jun without the slightest hesitation, “We can thank them this way!”
