Everything shattered, as the aroma of the fragrant wine filled the room.

The lackeys who were making their way over suddenly stopped in their tracks.

Even the Yuchi Ya who was staggering behind them and clutching onto his wounded chest had stopped and immense fear could be seen from his eyes.

Ye Qing Luo frowned and expressed doubt on their reaction.

Even an idiot would know that the source of their fear was definitely not her.

“Don’t move!” She warned.

If not for her trained reflexes and experience, she would not have noticed that extra presence that was behind her at all!

A faint laughter rang out of that person’s mouth.

That laughter was light and clear, it also had a hint of lazy charm to it.

However, hearing that laughter also brought goosebumps to her and she frowned.

The sharp fragment was pressed onto a man’s neck who was dressed in a luxurious purple robe.

His long silky hair casually draped down and some tickled her arm.

Although he was laughing, she could still see his chiseled face with handsome features. Especially those eyes. That pair of eyes that were deep as onyx but were so charming that was dangerously enchanting. One could go crazy just by looking at those eyes! She had a feeling, if she continued looking at them any further, she’d be entrapped by them.

Her heart skipped a beat and she had feeling of foreboding.

Her heart told her that this man was not one to be trifled with!

Looking at the reaction of Yuchi Ya and his lackeys convinced her that her premonition was right.

When she had brought that fragment to that man’s neck, they were trembling non stop in fear.

“Ye Qing Luo? The Ye family of the Three Springs?” He asked, his eyes reflected a hint of amusement in them as he threw her a devilish smile imbued with charm.

She frowned and pressed the fragment closer to his neck: “Shut up!”

Since she had already came to this point, even if that man was the King, she’d have to follow through her actions.

Since Yuchi Ya and his lackeys were afraid of him, then she could use him as a hostage and escape!

The man narrowed his eyes and gave her a meaningful smile.

“You..Your Highness…Over..Overlord!” Yuchi Ya fell to his knees and his lackeys followed suit and they started begging incoherently. “We..we did not know..it wasn’t intentional to disturb your esteemed self.”

“His Highness Overlord?”

Ye Qing Luo laughed coldly and without a shred of hesitation, she pressed the sharp fragment into his neck.

“Little Thing, you’ve been poisoned.” Di Mo Xuan did not behave like a hostage and he simply looked calmly at her and saw her bloodied chest. “Your Profound Heart Jade was actually dug out, so pitiful…”

His tone was indifferent and there was not a single trace of regret in it.

Ye Qing Luo narrowed her eyes, this man had actually seen through her injury with just a glance!
