They couldn’t help but looked over the direction of he was waving to.

Their sight was set on Ye Qing Luo.

“Qing Luo, do you find that….. everyone seems to be looking at you….” Liu Xiao Yu who had not faced such a situation before, subconsciously squeezed closer to Ye Qing Luo and gripped tightly onto her arm.

Ye Qing Luo’s hand stiffened instantly.

She had never had such close contact with anyone.

The sentence was barely finished, a white figure was sighted descending from the sky and landed steadily on the centre of the high platform.

It was an elderly man with white hair over his shoulders, robed tightly in a pure white outfit, revealing only a pair of sharp and shrewd eyes.

The body under the white outfit appeared to be without any skeleton, and the white robe was dangling in the air loosely.

The old man’s hand held onto an agate green coloured cane.

The agate jade on the top of the cane flashed like a current, symbolising his status-

The head of the Heavenly Academy.

His appearance had caught the attention of all the freshmen, and everyone had their eyes set on the platform.

One by one, they stood in tremor as they held their breath fearfully.

This…. was authority.

The kind of authority that would trigger an instinctive reaction from the body.

The entire freshmen area was struck by the silence, it was so quiet that you could literally hear your own breathing clearly.

Even the existing students who were crowding around had the same reaction as the freshmen in the square.

The head of the Heavenly Academy cleared his throat, in a forceful and solemn voice: “I, am the head of this school. Welcome to the Heavenly Academy.”

He halted his speech and the cane in his hand rose.

A squarish stone slab emerged from his forehead.

“Everyone, take out your wooden token and imprint it on the carved area on the stone slate.” A Master came forward and caught the stone slab.

He carried the stone slate and walked down the high platform shortly.

Starting from the first new student, one by one they began to take out the wooden token they received during registration and imprint it on the stone slate.

Each time a wooden token was pressed on it, the slate would emit a glaring ray of light.

The students took turns to press their wooden token onto the slate, the head of the Heavenly Academy continued: “I don’t care about the identity you have outside the school or the class you will be assign to, once you are enrol in the Heavenly Academy, you will have to follow the arrangements the school has made for you.”
