From within the Three Springs Residence, a middle aged man dressed in a navy blue robe stepped out.

He currently had on a stern and grave expression as his astute gaze swept the surroundings.

This person was the current Patriarch of Three Springs – Ye Tian Kuang.

“Father…Father, save me…” Ye Qing Ling who was groaning about in pain on the floor immediately reached out and pleaded when she saw him. Reaching out with all her energy in a desperate attempt to grasp him.

Ye Tian Kuang’s expression darkened and he looked at the followers behind.

When they saw his expression, two of them immediately stepped forward, each one stood on one side and helped Ye Qing Ling up as they assisted her back into the manor.

“Sister! Sister! This.. What happened?” A shrill cry resounded from within.

Next, a lady dressed in a scarlet dress walked out gracefully in small hurried steps. She tidied her hair gently as she walked, her beautiful face tinged with worry as she exuded a noble temperament.

Her gaze rested on the shocking scene of the followers bringing Ye Qing Ling away.

“Father, what happened? How did Fourth Sister get hurt so seriously?” She walked over to his side and asked in a worried tone.

“I would also like to know what is going on!” Ye Tian Kuang bellowed out as stared at Ye Qing Luo coldly.

It was but a fleeting moment, the surprise in the change he saw. However, he covered it up quickly as he hardened his gaze and snapped: “You, vile spawn! Come here at once!”

Ye Qing Luo folded her arms and looked as if she was watching a show, totally ignoring Ye Tian Kuang’s outburst.

From the memories she received, she saw that Ye Tian Kuang did not treat her well at all and always seemed disgusted at her for some odd reason.

One could also say that her tragic and pitiful days were all created by the very hands of Ye Tian Kuang.

For a father who had no love for his daughter, Ye Qing Luo did not harbour any good intentions towards this man.

There wasn’t any difference, since she had always been alone.

“Vile spawn!” Seeing that Ye Qing Luo was just looking at him and also had on a mocking smile, he felt his anger rise up from within as he raised his hands up and swung it towards her!

This move was enough to snuff out her little life!

Ye Qing Luo twisted swiftly and moved strangely, in the twinkle of an eye, she had avoided that dangerous move completely and had moved to a different position.

She narrowed her eyes as a dense bloodthirsty aura burst out. “Dear Father, if I’m a vile spawn, then..what does that make you…my Father?”

Everyone was stunned.

This…Was this Ye Qing Luo?

The cowardly girl who usually didn’t even dare utter out a single word had actually such a dangerous aura and a glib tongue?

Being swept by her cold gaze, made one shudder as if doused in ice cold water.

“You do not even see what identity you hold, yet you dare to lay your hands on my Ling’er!” Following closely behind was the Second Lady of the Ye family, the mother of Ye Qing Ling and Ye Qing Qian.

When she saw Ye Qing Ling was covered in blood, barely conscious and brought in by the followers, she was livid. She started trembling in anger and couldn’t wait to tear that damn girl apart with her bare hands!

Ye Qing Luo curled her lips into an enchanting sneer.

“As the young Matriarch of the Three Springs, naturally I have the right and authority to discipline Fourth Sister, lest she brings shame and tarnishes the name of our Three Springs!”

“You…you…!” Second Lady gnashed her teeth in anger as she stepped forward, all prepared to teach that damned girl a lesson!

She was pulled back by Ye Qing Qian, “Mother, this may be a misunderstanding. Let’s not rush into conclusions. Family harmony is the most important.”

“Misunderstanding? Your sister is now lying…” The Second Lady’s face had already contorted in rage, as she grounded her teeth and glared hatefully as she pointed in the direction which Ye Qing Ling had gone.

She then swallowed the words she was about to say as she took the cue from her daughter as she brought her sleeves up and started sobbing and put on an expression filled with grievance.
