“Catch her red-handed? How?” asked He Bai in confusion.

“I know her too well, she must be waiting around to see how I fell for her trap, she won’t let it go seeing I’m still safe and sound.” Di Qiuhe rubbed He Bai’s earlobe and continued, “We are going to spend three more days here for your art exchange activities, trust me, she will try her luck soon.”

Seeing Di Qiuhe’s smirk, He Bai rolled his eyes.

Thank God the two booked a suite to have more space for their equipment, now He Bai thought he’d better sleep on the spare bed considering the situation.

Di Qiuhe wished he had not suggested coming back to the hotel to lure Di Chunhua, now he wanted to strangle himself because he was not going to get some that night.

Hmm, the two slept separately that night. The next morning they went to the art exchange activities, they spent some great time with the fans, while their body guards had been accompanying them secretly.

The first day He Bai found a lot of fellow photographers, he had a great time. They attended two lectures on the second day, quite an educational day. While their bodyguards found yet one more mini spy camera, in the bathroom!

“There’s a girl sneaked in the room while you guys went downstairs for breakfast, and here are the photos we have taken.”

“Has she absolutely lost her mind? She had not got any juicy material of us two, and now she turned desperate, she asked someone to put on a camera in the bathroom, so she can have some photos while you take a shower?” He Bai was shocked, he took over the photos the bodyguard handed him, “Wait, isn’t this girl the fan who asked for an autograph? Thank God you did not drink the water she gave you yesterday, that was close.”

“More like Thank God you have brought your fellow photographers to introduce me, she did not have it her way with the presence of so many people.” Di Qiuhe also had a look at the photos, he sneered, “What an idiot, all right, everyone, we need to watch out, chances are she will pull some other tricks today.”

The last day of the art exchange activity was an auction for charity, all the contenders and judges needed to submit a piece of work for auction, all the profits would go to poor students. He Bai found it so meaningful, he submit one photo as well.

The auction was scheduled in the afternoon, the two spent the morning wandering at a local fair, and they lunched at a local cosy restaurant, good times. The two walked to the auction after lunch.

Mary slightly frowned, while she acted normally soon in case Di Qiuhe saw through her, she waved at her friend to come stand next to Di Qiuhe, she said she could be their photographer.

He Bai kept observing the situation on the side, he squinted at the thermos the girl grabbed tightly.

Mary walked to Di Qiuhe after she took the photo for her friend and Di Qiuhe, she handed the camera to her friend, while she secretly unscrewed the thermos when she almost was three steps away from Di Qiuhe.

He Bai frowned and marched towards them, he acted like he was looking for someone and accidentally bumped into Mary and knocked over the thermos. With that he waved at somewhere, shouting, “Over here, now.”

The bodyguards ran towards them, their face clouded seeing the liquid from the thermos pouring on the road and eroded the road, shit, it was sulfuric acid! They cornered the girl named Mary.

The girl who was allegedly to be Mary’s friend turned back and fled, one bodyguard tackled her. Meanwhile they spotted Di Chunhua who was hiding among the crowd and caught hold of her.

“Are you all right, puppy?” Di Qiuhe checked He Bai over and over again, “We agreed you pretended to be on the phone while I deal with them, haven’t we?”

“I saw her unscrew the thermos, I panicked, what if she really gets you, so I stopped her.” He Bai comforted Di Qiuhe, seeing the foaming road eroded by the liquid, he said in a shaking voice, “Di Chunhua is a cold-blooded person!”

Di Qiuhe called the police and he said, “She is absolutely lunatic now!”

“Let go of me! What rights do you guys have, why are you attacking me?” Di Chunhua kicked the bodyguards, she screamed, “This is illegal, let go of me, now!”

‘It was so close, so close!’

The more she thought about it, the more infuriated she got.

The bodyguards of course ignored her kicking and scratching, “The police are on their way, let’s have a conversation with the police first.”

Di Chunhua was shocked, thinking what her mom once told her, she rolled her eyes and fainted.

Zhou Li who was the team leader of the bodyguards looked at her and told his teammates, “Let’s call an ambulance, while we need to keep a close eye on her, the fake faint lady.”

A subtle smile flashed across Di Chunhua’s face.

The bodyguards were speechless, they were professional bodyguards, that smile was no difference than a provocation.
