“Call the doctor!” Qin Mingqiang stood up and said. He looked at Hu Zhao and Di Qiuhe in a hateful sight and said with his teeth clenched, “You will have to pay for all of the humiliation our Qin family has got here today!”

Di Qiuhe didn’t even change his face and asked indifferently, “So why are you so sure that there will still be a Qin family in the future?”

Qin Mingqiang was choked and he was in a towering rage, but he still pretended to be steady and pushed away those police to stride out of the ward. Qin Rong and Qin Li followed him while carrying Di Chunhua who was getting more and more out of control.

The officer tapped on the place got pushed and nodded to lawyer Wang. He then followed them with a small group of police.

Now the drama was about to end since the villain had left.

The lawyers discussed and asked for Di Qiuhe’s opinion. Then they decided to make three teams, one to follow the police to check on the testimony of Qin Li and Di Chunhua. The other was to go to the Di house and check on the process of investigation and evidence collection. The last one was assigned to go to Huangdu to tell Di Bian’s trusted subordinate deputy chairman Liu to handle the management of Huangdu for the time being.

After less than 15 minutes, the crowded ward became quite empty.

Seeing the people had left, the doctors finally dared to come inside to check on Di Bian’s situation. Making sure he was alright, they were relieved and fled away immediately.

Sending away the doctors, Di Qiuhe asked assistant Wang and Hu Zhao to buy some snacks for him. He then closed the door of the ward and went back to the bed to pour a cup of hot water for He Bai to warm him up. He dragged a stool to sit in front of him and looked at him in a smile.

He Bai took a sip of the hot water and looked up at Di Qiuhe who was having a quite gentle and sweet smile, saying frowned, “Why are you looking at me like this? You’re retarded? Your dad is still in a coma, so please at least pretend to be a good son and make a sad face, okay?”

“No.” Di Qiuhe moved forward a bit and put his elbow on his knees, looking up and keeping smiling at him.

Although the smile was sweet but he looked quite goofy.

He Bai rolled his eyes and moved backward with his stool, covering his cup, “Don’t come so close to me. You will spit your saliva into my cup. Stay away.”

Di Qiuhe raised his eyebrows as he was despised, and he reached out his hand, trying to touch his cheek.

He Bai’s eyebrows raised and he leaned back immediately.

Di Qiuhe smiled and took his cup to drink up the water right away. He then took a deep breath and said while crushing the cup, “Warmed up, so good.”

He Bai was struck and sat up confused. He looked at his empty hand and that crushed paper cup in his hand, feeling a sense of anger hovering up from the bottom of his heart. He couldn’t help but yelled at him, “Childish Di! Don’t you know how to get yourself water if you want some? How dare you rob mine!”

“But I poured this cup of water.” Di Qiuhe said in an innocent face.

He Bai was choked by his words and wanted to punch him so bad.

“I’m so happy, puppy.” Di Qiuhe threw away that cup and took the scarf on the bed to wrap him up. He then took another coat and put it on him, saying again, “I’m so happy, so happy.”

The scarf on his neck still got the smell of Di Qiuhe, so He Bai’s anger suddenly disappeared. He held the coat and said in a calm voice, “I know how to put on clothes. And, it was me who brought this coat to you…”

Di Qiuhe drew back his hand and kept smiling at him with no words.

He Bai ended the endless small talks and comforted him gently, “I know you’re happy because you have finally felt proud and elated in front of the Qin family. But you better just keep it to yourself. Your dad is now still in a coma. What if he saw you saying you’re happy by his bed when he woke up? He would kick you out of the Di family! And those butlers and lawyers, they are all with your dad, you should still be careful.”

“It won’t work. When he wakes up I will still be that invisible young master.” Di Qiuhe said as if he didn’t care. He looked at Di Bian who was lying on the bed and looking quite more weaker than usual, turning his smile into a sneering, “He broke up with the Qin family, that doesn’t mean he would fear less about me. On the contrary, if he knew that I handled the issue with the Qin family successfully and also got a good reputation among his men, even though he might feel relieved and grateful for a short while, a man like him would fear me much more and end up being more cautious about me.”

He Bai was totally struck hearing his speech and he said in surprise, “But he’s only got two sons which are you and Di Xiasong, and now Qin Li has cheated on him, why would he fear you anyway? Is there another secret love child to inherit Huangdu? Or he wants to bring Huangdu with him to death?”

“Well, in his mind he does want to control Huangdu until his death, but he is not capable of doing so. So he will have to choose an heir to train, yet it might not be me.” Di Qiuhe looked at his round eyes and moved a step forward till their legs touched, saying continually, “I am quite sure that he doesn’t have a secret love child, but Di Xiasong means much more to him than me. Now he’s got the goods on the Qin family, so he can control them easily. And Di Xiasong now has a mother who is in the wrong, which means he will always be guilty in front of him . They would never be like just father and son, so he can control him more easily as well. Therefore, comparing with me, the eldest son that he used to let down and still doesn’t want to get close to, he would definitely prefer Di Xiasong.”

He Bai felt so speechless that he couldn’t help but look at Di Bian who was still on the bed, feeling that he was looking at a fool. If all of Di Qiuhe’s analysis finally came true, then Di Bian was indeed the biggest dumbass on earth.

“Don’t try to understand his thoughts, you’ll be misguided.” Di Qiuhe turned his face over and poked at his dimple, smiling, “You only have to understand mine, it’s way easier to understand.”

He Bai frowned and pulled off his hand, saying in despair, “I’d rather not understand yours because I don’t want to lower my IQ to your level. What are you going to do now?”

Di Qiuhe didn’t get grumpy about his words, and he even smiled when replying, “I’m just going to enjoy the show for sure, and let the messy Di faction and the dying Qin faction fight. I am just a young master who’s never taken control of anything, how am I supposed to handle everything. What do you say?”

“That’s good. Just let them fight over each other and we stay clean.” He Bai nodded and then asked again, “But what are you going to do with the truth of Di Chunhua? Are you gonna give it out?”

“Not now.” Di Qiuhe shook his head and sat back to the chair, smiling wickedly, “If that was disclosed, the Qin family would definitely fight back no matter what. For all those years Qin Li has spent in Huangdu, she must have got many secrets to tell. Huangdu might fail to fight back if she started to fight back. Huangdu belongs to my grandpas from both sides, I can’t just let them ruin it. Now let’s just wait and see how the Qin family will struggle with Di Bian as they are now in such trouble.”

So he wanted to see the Qin family grovel to beg the Di family for their life even after they have got so much humiliation and lost so much money? That would be a more severe punishment than smashing the Qin family all at once.
